從學生時間買到現在 也用過板上推薦不少的洗臉產品 保濕.美白.不緊繃.不長痘.香味宜人.很乾淨.... 大概都是這幾項功能 但之前試過一次朵法的花梨木潔面膏 那洗完後的香味和舒暢感.... 不知道大家能不能理解那種"毛孔好大口大口在呼吸卻又不緊繃" 說不出來的爽快感XD 到現在還念念不忘中 無奈這產品40g要價1400 我印象上次為了這暢快大概就用了5g 很傷阿..... 希望大家能推薦給我可以達到相同高潮點的洗臉產品^^ 據說eve lom的產品或是洗臉刷也能達到相同效果 不過他們都要2500-3.4000 我小資女孩預算沒那麼高 所以來這裡拜託大家推薦囉 關鍵字-"毛孔好大口大口在呼吸卻又不緊繃" 專櫃或開架商品都可以推薦給我喔 感謝大家p^.^q -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 58.114.221.14

高雄的朋友大家好 小弟假日要從台中出發到高雄一日遊 目前的規劃是10點左右到高雄火車站 接著搭捷運到鹽埕埔站 步行至駁二藝術特區走走逛逛 逛完後就吃午餐 午餐結束後往最夯的黃色小鴨出發 拍拍照晃一晃結束後去捷運中央公園 搭乘捷運至小港站 然後去紅毛港文化園區 再來就是晚餐時間了 吃飽後就搭高鐵回台中囉 請問 Q1午餐有什麼推薦的嗎？(駁二或小鴨附近，可接受300元內) Q2小鴨跟紅毛港文化園區大約能逛多久？(怕逛完還沒到晚餐時間不知道要幹麻) Q3下午的行程還需要安排去什麼地方嗎？ Q4各位覺得先去看黃色小鴉再去逛駁二然後搭船去紅毛港會比較好嗎？ Q5晚餐有什麼推薦的嗎？(高雄火車站附近) 希望大家能給小弟一點意見 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.69.124.35

藝人小S因涉及「詐欺」及「內線交易」案而被台北地檢署檢方開出兩張傳票，在今（11）日上午以證人身分傳喚到案；針對小S所涉案情，資深刑案律師認為，內線交易部份應該不會成立，但關於詐欺部分恐怕很難逃，而相關罪名一旦成立，易科罰金的金額預料將會是天價。
資深刑案律師陳宏彬表示，就目前媒體所披露的消息推論，小S雖然因為夫家涉嫌內線交易遭搜索約談，而自己又幫該案源頭胖達人香精麵包代言，因而涉入其中；但如果小S不是胖達人或基因國際的股東，在沒有持股事實的情況下，就算對於丈夫許雅鈞和公公許慶祥涉嫌內線交易的不法案情知情，也不會構成內線交易罪，這部份小S應該可以「全身而退」。
但關於胖達人香精麵包案部份，律師陳宏彬則表示，小S要逃過法律責任恐怕很難，這部份定罪的機率很高，而一旦未來判刑確定，雖然不至於會必須「入獄」，但易科罰金的金額恐怕將會是「天價」。
律師陳宏彬分析指出，由於目前刑事犯罪採的是「一罪一罰」，相關犯罪行為的罪責刑度都是採分開計算、累計相加，因此就胖達人香精麵包案來看，每一個買到香精麵包的人都是屬於個別案件的個別受害者，如果一千個人就會成立一千個詐欺罪，依胖達人的門市數量和銷售業績來看，可以提出告訴的對象實在難以計算，因此未來一旦判刑確定，小S如果不想入獄的話，恐怕必須要給付巨額的易科罰金，才有可能逃過牢獄之災。

才剛從大陸石家莊商演返台，她稱此行一波三折，因大陸颱風關係，導致航班大亂，幾乎3天沒睡，回程時還在上海機場從早等到晚，依舊無班機返台，最後只好待在上海一夜。
她因此得以享口福，收到歌迷所送的22隻大閘蟹，以慰她被困機場無法返家的沮喪心情，半夜她仍大口吃、大口啃著大閘蟹，並配上特大號薑茶，避免吃太多蟹，體質過寒。她表示託代言纖維飲料的福，就算吃消夜也不怕，因隨身都會攜帶飲品助消化，維持好身材。
