標題[請益] POWER幾個問題

CPU I5-2400 主機板 P8P67 顯示卡 麗台 GTX560 OC 硬碟 日立 2T + Seagate 640G + Seagate 500G POWER be quiet 500W DVD機一台 風扇 前14公分2個 後12公分一個 顯示卡是去年8月朋友送我用到現在，2周前開始發生問題。 螢幕黑頻後風扇超大聲運轉，我送修顯卡後，今天打給我說顯卡沒問題 說可能是POWER出問題了?叫我從這邊下手。 最近電腦有幾次會當機情形，不過是我在DVD轉MKV轉檔才會這樣 遊戲都玩魔獸世界，想問這樣POWER推不動目前配備嗎? 麗台人員跟我說有點不夠力，年底想要換張顯示卡會換GTX 660以上 要是POWER真不夠力，我先把POWER換了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.27.119.226

聯合國環境規劃署及各國代表在日本熊本市召開「水俁公約」外交會議，今天會議結束，通過35條公約條文及5個附件，從開採、使用、出口與進口等多方面限制，來達成減少全球汞排放，保護人類健康和環境。

環保署今天表示，為展現我國積極保護地球環境的意願與作法，仍同步履行國際環保公約的規定。

在公約條文中，含汞產品、使用汞或汞化合物的生產製程、手工和小規模採金業、汞及其化合物的大氣排放點源、汞廢棄物及污染場址等，都列為管制重點。目前已超過50國簽署公約，可望於90天後正式生效，預計3年內 (2016年前)即可召開聯合國第一屆水俁公約締約大會。

【張博亭／台北報導】「花了幾萬元換了好多副眼鏡，為什麼還看不清楚？」，小心這可能是白內障造成視力的急遽惡化，開業眼科醫師王孟祺日前收治一位40多歲的男性公務員，到院時驗光竟然近視超過3千度，幾乎快要失明，檢查發現，原來是因高度近視合併引起白內障，造成眼睛的度數快速惡化，經人工水晶體置換後，患者已重見光明。

王孟祺指出，白內障是導致失明的第一大眼病，60歲以上有80%的人會受困擾，雖白內障好發於55歲的老年人，但現也有年輕化趨勢，主要是使用電子產品或從小看書未維持適當距離，導致年輕時就高度近視，更可能提早出現白內障。王孟祺指出，若易視覺疲勞、常流淚，且近距離閱讀困難、怕光，甚至視力模糊，都應盡速就醫，透過即時3D電腦斷層掃描影像，透過精準的飛秒無刀雷射，可取代原本的人工刀械手術操作。
