國內塑化劑風暴引起恐慌，消基會去年3月15日向新北地院提起團體訴訟，代568名消費者向昱伸、賓漢等37家廠商求償高達78億多元。這也是消基會有史以來求償金額最多的團體訴訟。新北地院將在今天上午11時宣判。

國民黨主席馬英九今天表示，由於民進黨杯葛，行政院長江宜樺六次無法上台進行施政報告，江院長在憲法上有義務至立法院報告；立法院王院長也邀請他上台，但因為民進黨霸占主席台，「這既違憲又違法」。

他說，民進黨違憲，也違反立委職權行使法，更傷害人民知的權利，影響黨政運作。

馬英九說：「否決倒閣案後希望讓江院長上台進行施政報告。」

【羅雨函／綜合報導】男星郭彥甫目前人在國外，今凌晨在微博上透露自己享受了按摩，他表示：「柬式按摩跟泰式很類似，今晚脫胎換骨了！」並po出自己躺在床上的自拍照和按摩照，從他的放鬆的表情可看得出他真的是很享受舒活筋骨的感覺。
 
不過引起網友注意的是照片中的燈光顏色，可能是由於燈色太暗，照片呈現暗橘色，網友嘲笑「感覺好色情哦」、「（像）色情片一樣」，也讓郭彥甫正常的「按摩」行程增添了另一種想像空間。

立法院今日上午將討論是否解凍勞委會預算案，關廠工人將動員數10人，要求立法院衛生環境委員會務必把關，屆時關廠工人代表也將於上午10點到立法院行動。

關廠工人代表表示，若勞委會沒有提出具體的解決方案，不得對勞委會預算解凍，關廠工人也將持續抗爭。

【吳國仲／台北報導】今天凌晨2時許，內湖區敬業二路傳出火警，一戶社區的住戶聞到刺鼻燒焦味，趕緊通報保全並撥打119報警。保全巡視發現，大樓4樓的後陽台有竄出火煙，警消獲報趕到時，火勢已被屋主自行以滅火器撲滅，幸未釀成災害。
 
不過該名男性屋主(約60歲)在滅火期間，疑似因吸入煙導致身體不適，由救護人員送醫檢查。警消及台電人員至現場察看，發現是後陽台所擺放的烘衣機起火燃燒，火勢波及到週遭擺放的雜物，還好燃燒面積不到1平方公尺。警消初步判斷，可能是烘衣機的電線纏繞太緊，導致過熱燃燒，但確切原因還有待火調人員調查。

藝人隋棠將迎接33歲的到來，她今天與姊妹淘歡聚提前慶生，隋棠有感而發的說「目前還 滿享受一個人的」。戲劇「愛的生存之道」今天舉辦茶會，演員隋棠、謝沛恩、小嫻和張 家慧齊聚，大夥不約而同穿上迷你裙亮相，4雙修長美腿成為全場焦點，由於22日正好是 隋棠的生日，大家也提前幫她慶生。 隋棠眼見小嫻跟張家慧都已名花有主，竟有感而發的說「如果真能找到『好男人』，我應 該會以他的快樂為快樂，但目前還滿享受一個人的」。劇中飾演「肉食女」的小嫻立刻接 說「我可是以夫為天，不想要讓他有一絲的不開心」，甜蜜曬恩愛。 「愛的生存之道」上週首播平均收視只有0.77，隋棠表示，收視和她想得差不多，她也很 有信心，將來收視一定會更高。談到劇中角色紀安蕾的個性，隋棠覺得和自己頗為相像， 「圓融的部分還蠻像的，但我對愛情沒紀安蕾那麼死心眼，愛情還是要順其自然、勉強不 來的」。反觀小嫻不但要不時在劇中露「馬甲線」，還要時時勾引別人、與異性肢體接觸 ，她坦言演得很掙扎，笑說「棠棠她們都是在演自己，但我說服不了自己，婚後我都是以 夫為天，捨不得老公因為我 捨不得老公因為我的工作吃醋、不開心，工作再找就有，幸 福不能開玩笑」。隋棠也趁機在旁吐槽小嫻說，有時演完一場戲，小嫻都會不停碎碎唸說 ，這集播出時一定要安排婆婆、老公出門，千萬不能讓他們看到。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.82.216.251
