【游芳男／宜蘭報導】2013宜蘭鴨鄉鴨香活動中的「第1屆創意鴨肉、蛋烘培伴手禮」競賽，包括國立蘇澳水產職校、羅東高商等4校6組學生是報名競技，競賽第 1階段評審（佔總分80分），今天在羅東聖母護校進行，學生們展示事先完成的作品一較高下，經評審，最後是由蘇水水產食品科、羅商餐飲科以72分同為最高分。
 
宜蘭畜產科長吳銘鋒說：參賽學生們均發揮創意，將鹹蛋、及皮蛋、鴨肉，變成午茶點心的杏仁鴨香塔、皮蛋果仁塔、鴨香鹹派、黑皮鴨等，還有走復古風的古味鹹蛋糕、鴨肉狀元酥，其中，更有學生直接將整粒皮蛋入餡的皮蛋酥，與融合了鴨蛋、鹹蛋黃及鴨賞混搭風的鴨香蛋糕，真是挑戰大家味蕾。
 
另外，競賽第二階段（佔總分20分）評比，將於11月2日在羅東中山公園的鴨鄉鴨香活動開幕式中，由現場100位來賓、民眾試吃給分，兩階段總分最高者為冠軍。

自從小弟上次來版上發文後 我決定以包容來接受女朋友的不安 最近還是吵同樣的問題 不外乎不相信我、覺得我不可能單身時沒搞曖昧、異性一定都喜歡我……etc(我何德何能啊？） 結果今天吵到快分了 就因為聊天時她說了一樣誰不喜歡這樣？（是哪樣我就不提了） 我就說好那我問我朋友，如果沒有你要怎麼處罰 乍看之下是打情罵俏 但我女友劈頭就問：你是不是要問女的？ 我就回這問題不問女生難道問gay嗎（因為該問題男生絕對不會遇到） 她就說你可以問有女朋友的男生啊！ （但男女又不同他怎麼會知道女生的心態？） 講一講她就突然去洗澡了 這裡我覺得很不被尊重 講到一半就突然要去洗澡，別人的時間都不是時間嗎…… 後來洗完就傳了對不起給我，我則是回了一個哭臉想說算了，不想吵 結果她接著傳：這樣還要在一起嗎？ 我整個愣住 後來就打給我，大概內容是她覺得她現在不適合交男朋友（但當初是你主動認識我的……而且在一起也是你說的，我都說給你時間考慮了） 最後談到她的夢想，說她想存錢，家裡也有事要忙，但重點是我從來就沒有想在她身上拿任何錢，我雖然收入還沒辦法cover她，但出去玩那些我還齁的住，連下禮拜一我生日我都跟她說不要準備禮物，而且她也從來沒有跟我說過家裡的問題 再來我就說：我不懂我哪裡做錯了，你怎麼有辦法昨天才說越來越喜歡我，今天就想分手 她卻回我：錯在你比較喜歡我 明天下班要再跟她談一次…… 我該繼續撐還是就算了… -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.182.168.87

【王立德／台北報導】香港北威國際集團董事總經理劉憶如今日表示，人民幣正在國際化，以歷史經驗來看，任何一種貨幣國際化的過程都會是驚天動地的，而台灣、香港可互補得利，攜手去賺全世界的錢。劉憶如今天參與《港台攜手打造經貿合作新契機》論壇並發表專題演講。
 
劉憶如進一步表示，2009年時中國人行行長周小川就提過，SDR的份額中能否納入人民幣？目前來看2015年SDR份額有可能納入人民幣，一旦SDR納入人民幣，那時就是人民幣起飛的時候。
 
劉憶如說，在人民幣業務的互助發展上，香港發展的早，有技術，台灣則是有產業基礎，尤其過去幾十年台商在東南亞發展，擁有完整的產業佈局，港台可就此合作。

【陸運鋒／台北報導】夜路走多總是會碰到鬼！今天凌晨3時許，台北市新生派出所警員，在忠孝東路3段巡邏時，發現1輛廂型車違規迴轉，警員立即上前攔查，車輛停靠路邊後，後座乘客打開車門，2名竟拔腿逃跑，2名警員趕緊將車上另2名男子及1名駕駛制伏，將3人帶回派出所內偵訊。
 
警方發現，帶回的2名逃逸外勞為越南籍，分別為19歲及23歲，來台工作時效已過，仍非法滯留在台灣工作賺錢，廂型車駕駛為陳姓工頭(41歲)，他表示剛剛才在工地結束工作，正要帶著4名外勞返回住處，沒想到竟遭警方攔下，真是夜路走多遇到鬼，警方訊後將陳姓工頭，依照就業服務法移送法辦，2名外勞也將送往專勤隊，待日後遣返。

【劉人瑋／台東報導】突如其來的狂風大雨，台東漁船新進興號17日晚間9時許，因失去動力後被大浪打上三仙台附近的礁石擱淺，82岸巡大隊獲報後立即出動 人馬前往搜救，所幸船上蘇姓船長和漁工3人皆平安無事，只是不僅要救人，船上漁貨和設備岸巡人員也得幫忙搬，由於漁船一時無法脫困，船主擔心在大浪不斷拍打下恐會受損，因此聯絡友船前往搬漁貨、拆卸船上設備，岸巡隊員只好摸黑協助，協助漁工們搬運船上電子設備，在高低落差最多達2公尺、長逾百米的珊瑚礁岩 岸上進出幫忙，以免船民在運送過程中發生意外，只是最後不僅是漁民頻頻摔倒，協助的巡岸弟兄也因路滑視線不佳，摔得混身海水十分辛苦。

鄭伊健下月初將率領一眾古惑兄弟陳小春、謝天華、林曉峰以及錢嘉樂到紅館開《歲月友情》演唱會。相隔十七年，為呼應《古惑仔》情節，演唱會構思邀請在戲中先後做過浩南女友的舒淇、黎姿以及李嘉欣等做嘉賓。可惜今時不同往日，古惑仔全部娶晒老婆變古惑佬，嘉賓名單要得一班阿嫂同意，尤其在年初攞正牌做麵嫂的蒙嘉慧，做管家婆插手演唱會，加上有小春嫂應采兒幫口，性感女神舒淇、魔鬼身材徐若瑄以及回復單身的陳法拉全部唔過關，被叮走冇得上台。

貼身膏藥

鄭伊健近日積極為演唱會練大隻排舞，就算四十六歲生日當天都無休息，日前下午兩點，陳小春、林曉峰，謝天華以及錢嘉樂到九龍城排舞室綵排，古惑佬位位年過四十，就算跳舞出身的陳小春亦要間唔中停低休息扯煙。一小時後，伊健白色保母車抵埗，婚後名正言順做貼身膏藥的麵嫂蒙嘉慧先行落車，尾隨的伊健跟老婆 say bye後，才上樓加入大隊跟住跳。
電影變身演唱會，一班古惑佬有意邀請在戲中出現過的幾位「浩南嫂」現身玩集體回憶，包括已榮升做闊太的「細細粒」黎姿，以及跟浩南有過床戲的許太李嘉欣，不過伊麵日前爆響口，指兩位富貴媽咪上台零機會，反而單身的舒淇則大有機會亮相。
