渣打藝趣嘉年華 藝趣嘉年華　首個夜光巡遊

每年 11月是渣打藝趣嘉年華開鑼，中、小學生在本地藝術家協力下，發揮藝術天份製作大型木偶、服飾作表演巡遊。其間，維園必定逼爆，因市民一家大小趕去看表演、巡遊及玩攤位遊戲，單是去年的壓軸巡遊匯演，就吸引 10萬名觀眾。

 

今年大會搞搞新意思，首辦夜光巡遊。 10件夜光作品，由英國及香港藝術家製作，設計唔馬虎，件件會發光，由銅鑼灣利園出發，經恩平道、白沙道、利園山道行人專用區到希慎廣場。
到時肯定由維園逼爆至銅鑼灣。只想講句，想看巡遊表演玩遊戲，唔該早早排隊霸位。

夜光巡遊作品，由英國及香港藝術家各製 5件，設計手工非常精細，觀賞價值甚高。 

壓軸巡遊匯演由維園草坪出發，經記利佐治街到東角道，共 2,100件作品，全參考達文西、米高安哲羅、梵高、畢加索等作品，絕對是一場藝術之旅。 

年年排隊位是場內 20個攤位，小朋友可製作小手工、畫彩繪、擊非洲鼓等。

【劉人瑋／台東報導】突如其來的狂風大雨，台東漁船新進興號17日晚間９時許，因失去動力後被大浪打上三仙台附近的礁石擱淺，82岸巡大隊獲報後立即出動人馬前往搜救，所幸船上蘇姓船長和漁工3人皆平安無事，只是不僅要救人，船上漁貨和設備岸巡人員也得幫忙搬，由於漁船一時無法脫困，船主擔心在大浪不斷拍打下恐會受損，因此聯絡友船前往搬漁貨、拆卸船上設備，岸巡隊員只好摸黑協助，協助漁工們搬運船上電子設備，在高低落差最多達2公尺、長逾百米的珊瑚礁岩岸上進出幫忙，以免船民在運送過程中發生意外，只是最後不僅是漁民頻頻摔倒，協助的巡岸弟兄也因路滑視線不佳，摔得混身海水十分辛苦。

　　國際知名營運商 SNSplus 好玩家今（10 月 16 日）宣佈取得由「陸方互動」所研發之新型態大富翁手遊《富甲三國》台港澳地區獨家代理營運權，繼 2012 年 7 月推出《富甲三國》網頁版後， SNSplus 好玩家與「陸方互動」攜手再合作，預計將在 2013 年十月下旬在 iOS 平台搶先與玩家見面。

　　《富甲三國》以益智的大富翁遊戲為主要型態架構，加以融入武將養成、戰鬥要素與城池爭奪戰的分支概念。玩家進入遊戲後可以從六種人物中選擇自己喜歡的角色和勢力，並經由完善的新手教學瞭解遊戲方式。

　　《富甲三國》戰鬥模式分為：單挑、野戰、攻城三種方式，玩家可根據敵方的實力採取對應的攻擊，以野戰消耗敵軍戰力再一舉攻破城池或是派出愛將與敵軍來場一對一的單挑，一戰定江山！玩家必須運用雄才偉略帶領麾下愛將逐步攻城掠地，壯大自身勢力。而當遇到無法匹敵的敵軍時則必須繳交過路費，好漢不吃眼前虧，大丈夫能屈能伸，失去的將在日後加倍奉還！

　　除了豐富的戰鬥模式後，每位玩家在《富甲三國》中還會擁有自己的領地，可經由數種不同功能的建設讓勢力更為茁壯，所謂修身齊家治國平天下，先將領地建設好，才能攻無不克戰無不勝。每次的勝利都會為玩家帶來資金，荷包滿滿之後就可以開始招募武將納入麾下，助玩家一統天下完成霸業。

　　《富甲三國》以傳統大富翁型玩法結合完善的武將培養系統、領地建設以及多種戰鬥模式，豐富的遊戲方式絕對能帶給玩家嶄新感受，一機在手，隨時享受攻城掠地的樂趣。以骰子一決勝負，步步都是致勝關鍵，如果這不是大富翁，那什麼才是大富翁。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台中1名陳姓電腦工程師(33歲)，坐靠窗處辦公，每天太陽西移就曬到他的右臉，每天至少日曬4小時、曬了10年，半年前他右眼視力變差，就醫發現竟是單眼白內障，手術後恢復。

《蘋果》報導，中國附醫眼科部主任蔡宜佑說，白內障是水晶體混濁致視力不良，過去是「老年人的眼疾」，建議逾30歲的近視民眾，若單眼短時間內度數暴增，可能出現白內障前期水晶體硬化，應立即就醫。醫生提醒，烈日下務必戴太陽眼鏡、帽子防曬，以免視力受損。

為什麼羅淑蕾 以後別打嘴砲了?

爆發九月政爭以降，國民黨立委羅淑蕾屢用「手段粗糙」、「毛骨悚然」、「把鬥爭拿來拚經濟多好」等詞句批判馬總統。也針對特偵組監聽國會議長，直言非常嚴重。然而，這個在螢光幕前大談是非正義，飽受媒體聚光燈關注的羅委員，前天卻突然軟化了。

筆者許多朋友都非常期待這次的倒閣案能走出藍綠對決的宿命，以民意為依歸，莫不期盼幾位號稱「國民黨良心」的立委能幡然起義，倒戈順應倒閣，終結政治亂象。

但他們都失望了！第一時間投票結果出爐，執政黨與在野黨票票滴水不漏，朋友們在臉書痛批是非曲直終究敵不過政黨對決。

那些唱得好聽、演得精彩的政客，人民千萬別再被騙了！
