分享一下自己過去面試的心得， 其實每個人都會緊張， 這是一定的，如果自己也中意那份工作，那更會害怕表現錯誤。 『怎麼克服緊張好好的表現出自己??』 我過去的經驗是先對著鏡子自我介紹， 你可以透過鏡子看在在面試官前的自己是什麼樣子， 然後看著鏡子裡自己的眼睛， 培養自己不怕生， 如果會害怕看對方的眼睛? 那就看鼻子的部份， 千萬不要眼神不要亂飄，這是沒自信的象徵。 再來就是不要說出自己不好的地方， 很多面試教科書上都有教戰指南， 我的建議就是你自己也不要浮誇， 如果有做好在鏡子前的自我介紹， 那麼這時你也可以說的出來， 如果還是緊張? 先刻意的把說話速度放慢， 人在緊張做什麼事情說什麼話都會加快速度， 放慢速度會幫助你說出來的話對方能「好好聽」 而不是你緊張說了一堆東西但在對方耳裡好像繞口令， 這時候還是緊張? 「微笑」「深呼吸」都很有用， 讓大腦多一點氧氣， 然後自己告訴自己說「我一定可以的」 自我打氣很重要，你會踏實一點。 緊張的時候在自我介紹或是回答面試官問題， 可以適時的帶一點肢體動作， 讓自己多一點事情可以做， 你講話的時候姿態也不會畏畏縮縮的， 最後就是音量千萬不要太小， 還是很緊張的話， 適度的自我解嘲開個小玩笑，讓自己自然的笑出來「哈哈哈哈~~~~」 這一招也很有用。 我靠著上面幾招在面試過程中都表現的算得體， 你是面試不是作秀， 不用太誇張，好好的介紹你自己就好， 也不用擔心自己因為初入社會好像是沒經驗的魯蛇， 新人就是要肯學肯拚， 就是有企業想要的是白紙而不是有經驗的人， 相較之下這也是你的「優勢」 人家說把自己的缺點藏起來，好好的發揮優點， 那麼人家自然就會看的到你對你有印象。 面試加油 如果還是害怕， 聽一下linkin park. 跟著罵motherfucker~ 或者是「幹，這根本不算什麼!!!」 自己還是會有「我豁出去了」的感覺， 想到什麼就去做，面試沒過又不會少塊肉，得失心不要重表現自然就可以穩。 最後 加油~ 祝你找到喜歡的工作 ※ 引述《lio226 (lio)》之銘言： : 今天去面試 : 去之前作了很多功課 方便加強心裡建設 : 就是因為怕緊張 無法把原有的樣子展現給HR看 : 第一階段 筆試過了之後 : 填一些公司的資料 與老生常談的"為什麼選擇本公司" : 記得在寫一半的時候 有位面試者 胸有成竹的先跑去裡面 : 跟我一樣是新鮮人 卻聽到裡面散發出滿滿又大聲的自信 : 喔幹....壓力來了...他一定背很久.... : EX: 雖然我沒有經驗 但是在大學的時候 我參加過什麼什麼! : 招集多少人的工作 我對我的工作認真 負責 #$%@%#$#$% : 如果公司肯用我%@#$%#$%#$%#$ : 仔細聽了以後 是我不喜歡聽到的 都再稱讚自己的功績 : 無法說服對方 至少我聽到這種會打他槍啦...嘴砲人人會 : 當然 填資料一下就分心了 : 最慘的是............... : 換我面試....阿幹....壓不住緊張... : 表面故作鎮定 眼神看對方 腦子根本白的 真慘 : 跟低能兒差不多 : 要說 一般狀況能表現出80%的水準 : 這次面試 估約只有10%.....跟低能兒差不多 : 緊張到 講話沒有組織性 阿~我在演真人版銀魂嗎...內心邊吐自己槽 邊想辦法??? : 我真的搞不懂 為什麼會緊張.... : 奇怪.....我越來越不懂自己了 : 在大學專題面試 社團活動1v5 : 有時候會莫名其妙的緊張 有時候意外的輕鬆 完全沒有標準 : 我真心認為可有可無 一切隨緣... 那我在緊張個啥?? : 是被上一個面試者震懾到了嗎?? : 還是填資料填太久 腦中還在遲緩中? : 我認真考慮是否該看醫生 : 曾經以為這只是小小的病 : 現在影響到我工作狀況了 : 阿....明天繼續面試....慘慘慘... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.245.84.141

eBay公司延攬蘋果公司電子商務主管皮特曼（RJ Pittman），負責線上市集Marketplaces，協助該部門版圖拓展到全世界。

皮特曼將擔任eBay新設立的職缺--資深副總裁兼產品長，領導Marketplaces的產品與發展策略，管理超過1,000名員工，並向Marketplaces總裁溫尼格（Devin Wenig）報告。

皮特曼原本在蘋果公司管理全球電子商務平台，將之與蘋果的零售事業整合，而且領導一個在全球38國拓展國際市場的團隊。

eBay執行長杜納何（John Donahoe）和Marketplaces總裁溫尼格，正努力把該公司的線上市集拓展到俄羅斯、巴西和印度等新興市場，看好這將成為未來的成長主力，因此希望皮特曼能在這方面發揮所長。

溫尼格說：「我們正為下一個階段延攬世界級的領導人。這能帶領我們的行動部門走向正確的道路，為買賣雙方創造嶄新、一體化的產品經驗。」

皮特曼則說，選擇離開蘋果，是因為eBay的工作非常吻合自己的專長。蘋果零售部門日前人事異動，找上Burberry執行長阿倫德（Angela Ahrendts）擔任零售與線上商店的資深副總裁。
