總統馬英九今天首度為376對國軍新人證婚，總統表示，人口問題是國安問題，盼新人努力增產報國，「忠實履行國家政策」。

連續第3年舉辦的國軍官兵聯合婚禮今天在國防大學復興崗校區舉行，今年有376對新人參加，人數創新高，並首度由總統馬英九擔任證婚人，宣讀結婚證詞。國防部長嚴明擔任男方主婚人，參謀總長高廣圻擔任女方主婚人，介紹人則是陸軍司令李翔宙、空軍司令劉震武。

總統致詞表示，他在台北市長任內舉辦50多場婚禮，曾為6000、7000多人證婚，參加國軍聯合婚禮卻是第1次，也是第1次規模如此大的婚禮，有376對新人，介紹人和主婚人官階加起來有「12顆星星」，更是前所未見。

總統表示，今年有376對新人，其中有88對雙方都是軍人身分，還有2對異國聯姻。夫妻相處之道在於相知相惜、互信互諒，關鍵在於了解和信任。

馬總統以國際名導李安為例，當時李安和太太結婚時，曾有6年時間失業，太太不斷鼓勵李安，不要忘記當初的「志業」；軍人是一項需要犧牲奮鬥的志業，更需要另一半相知相惜、互信互諒。

總統說，在人生這麼重要的一刻，他對新郎有比較多的期待，每位新郎都要做到「新好丈夫」的標準，最基本的理念就是「太太永遠不會錯」，經營未來長期的婚姻生活。

馬總統表示，希望新人努力增產報國，台灣面臨人口老化、少子女化，一年要維持18萬名新生兒，才能維持人口平衡。

總統並幽默提示在場新人，人口問題是國安問題，身為軍人和軍人的眷屬，一定要「忠實履行國家政策」，「不但要早生貴子，還要多生貴子」。

大陸最大美容保養品牌「克麗緹娜」，今年底將以F-麗豐的名義回台第一上市，董事長陳碧華表示，看好大陸市場成長性，3到5年內兩岸門市將增加至5000家。

克麗緹娜的「CHLITINA」品牌1989年在台灣創立，1997年進軍中國大陸市場，1999年在上海成立全球第一家旗艦店，開始著重實體通路的經營及加盟店的拓展，提供專業美容護膚服務，在大陸目前擁有超過3100家門市、近百萬會員，成為大陸最大的美容保養品牌。

克麗緹娜經營階層今天與媒體餐敘，談到克麗緹娜的經營策略，一手開拓大陸市場的陳碧華表示，克麗緹娜從產品研發、製造、美容師培訓、加盟店的品質掌控等，每一個環節都投入資源並審慎管理，掌握產品與服務從上游到消費者眼前的品質細節，成為克麗緹娜16年來經營成功的一大關鍵。

陳碧華指出，為了確保提供品質良好的產品及貼心的服務，克麗緹娜在上海松江建置了現代廠，所有大陸市場的產品統一在上海工廠製造生產，用最高規範的製作標準，讓克麗緹娜進入大陸市場16年來，鮮少發生消費者抱怨產品品質的狀況。

她指出，美容、保養在大陸蔚為風潮，看好大陸市場成長潛力，未來將積極在大陸二、三線城市展店，目標3到5年內兩岸門市增加至5000家。

克麗緹娜總經理余敬倫表示，克麗緹娜的競爭優勢在於完整的培訓系統，在不同階段對美容師和加盟者給予最專業的教育訓練，目前共培訓教育超過30萬人次的美容專業人員，讓克麗緹娜成為大陸最大的美容美體連鎖品牌，近2年陸續獲得「中國馳名商標」及「最具影響力美容連鎖機構」等殊榮，證明克麗緹娜這個品牌在大陸市場已獲得廣大消費者的認同。

余敬倫說，為了讓員工與重要顧客更了解台灣品牌文化和精神，15至19日特別招待組成3500人獎勵團，以搭乘郵輪的方式來台進行5天4夜的「尋根之旅」，成為第1個由美容保養品牌出資籌劃的大規模獎勵團。

克麗緹娜今年底將以F-麗豐的名義回台第一上市，目前資本額新台幣6.68億元，今年上半年營收11.99億元，稅後淨利3.09億元，每股稅後盈餘4.62元。隨著大陸市場持續成長，法人看好今年每股獲利將超越去年的8.84元，上看1個股本。

破天荒跟恐龍同眠 恐龍夜派對  地點：科學館

恐龍向來是兒童世界不死題材，科學館繼 2007年後，下月 8日至明年 4月 9日再搞恐龍展。除有例牌的化石展覽及講座外，更破天荒舉辦 4場親子通宵「恐龍夜派對」，讓 9至 11歲兒童與 1名年滿 18歲的家人，在展覽場地宿一宵。其間播放模擬 1億年前星空的天象節目，讓大人小孩一嚐睡在恐龍腳底看星星的滋味。更玩尋寶遊戲，鍾意恐龍的小朋友肯定開心到飛起，但我聽完就希望睡時千祈唔好「翻生侏羅紀」。

小朋友太細可觀看「勇闖侏羅紀」互動劇場，栩栩如生的恐龍顯示其習性及故事。 11月 10日（周日）， 11am-11:50am/ 3pm-3:50pm，科學館演講廳。英語進行，輔以粵語傳譯。每場 290人，於 10月 26日（周六） 10am於科學館大堂索取入場券，每人限取 2張。查詢： 2732 3232。

演員會穿着恐龍服飾於天水圍圖書館（ 11月 9日周六下午）和文化中心（ 11月 12日周二下午）出沒，大家要小心。
