過去，出版社是有可能賺大錢的。現在，出版社能活得下去就算不錯。

有一天接受張大春節目訪問，他跟我說：沒問題的，出版還是可以做，你可以找我老婆，她可以給你一些意見。

我一直沒去找，一方面忙著書店工程，一方面我還始終停留在，出版作為一種理想的傳統價值裡。

其實，我也很想走出來。只是，有一天在出版完殷海光的「思想與方法」後，我拿出紙筆和計算機，統計一下如果全部賣完可以獲利多少，答案是三萬八千元。
    
於是，我就決定放棄了，不是放棄出版，而是放棄獲利。這就像當初決定在鄉下開書店，面臨叫不到貨的困境，突然頓悟：之所以進不到書，是因為鄉下沒有市場，既然沒有市場，再怎麼苦苦追求市場，終究痛苦一場。想通這點，就雲濶天青。

我只是告訴自己：如果能力有限，就腳步慢一點，少做一點，量力而為。

結果，不知幸或不幸，兩個月不到，我們又要再出一本新書了，而且看來還是屬於不符市場走向的書。

不過，我很高興水牛出了黃怡這本書。下午我在灰塵與噪音齊飛的工地，主編捧著這本綠色封面的書走到面前：這可是熱呼呼剛從印刷廠拿回來的書喔！看得出他的喜悅，通常這是編輯最快樂的一刻，不在書以後賣得如何，而在剛印出來這一刻。就像每一個父母面對小孩出世那一刻，是最充滿興奮期待的。

「綠色先行者—生態運動關鍵12人」，是講生態的故事，也是講人的故事。生態與環境、運動與困境，當然是嚴肅的事。但是人的想像與冒險，每一個人、每一段生命的故事，都是如此動人的詩篇。夜晚，我翻閱新書，讀到最後一篇講「史懷哲」。

三十歲的史懷哲，即使已經拿到哲學博士學位，卻決定改念醫學。他的決定不是為了賺錢，是決心到非洲幫助需要幫助的人，他認為人們說太多，卻做太少。學醫，是最具體能幫助人的；非洲，是全世界最需要醫師的。

於是，從38歲到90歲，史懷哲13度前往非洲，前後待了36年。他一生最精華的歲月，都在非洲。他死後夫妻兩人安葬在非洲，依照他的囑咐，棺材裡放了一頂他平常戴的老帽子，和一小袋米，那是他散步時用來撒着餵小雞的。

這些生命故事，在黃怡筆下娓娓道來，即使相隔近半世紀，依然如此憾動人。你不覺得，面對每天如此紛亂的社會、變動的人心，「知識」與「典範」是如此欠缺而重要。

【政治中心／台北報導】第九屆兩岸經貿文化論壇（國共論壇）上午在廣西南寧荔園山莊正式開幕。中國政協主席俞正聲致詞時，重申中國高層以往立場，俞表示，兩岸反對台獨、堅持「九二共識」的共同政治基礎得到了鞏固，在維護「一個中國」框架這一原則問題上，形成了更多共同的認知，增進政治互信。

俞正聲談話主軸特別著重在經濟層面，他說，兩岸應把深化經濟合作作為發展兩岸關係的重點，開展經濟領域的高層次對話和協調，進一步發揮兩岸經濟合作框架協定（ECFA）內經濟合作委員會的功能，提高兩岸經濟發展整合的效益，增強共同抵禦外部風險的能力。他也對目前受阻於立院的兩岸服貿協議喊話，呼籲兩岸應加快後續商談進程，「已簽署的協定（服貿協議）應當儘快生效」，讓企業界和民眾儘早獲利，而正在進行的貨物貿易、爭端解決協議的磋商，也應該抓緊推進。

光星光魚, 藍星光魚十多隻後才換到綠星光
之前
丸魚一直換不到綠色
雙色細尾換不到粉色
彩色丸魚換不到地瓜丸

今天
神秘丸魚第一隻就中 綠丸
接著馬上試試雙色細尾
一試又中粉細尾
馬上再試彩色丸魚
也是一試就中了地瓜丸魚

所以今天是我的幸運日~~ ^^
