請問各位一件事情~

 小弟上下班途中在平面道路都常常遇到一個情形!!
 
在行駛在車道中到了他要轉彎的路口...車子要左轉或右轉都不打方向燈~
 
 有些車子在四線道更誇張的...他要左轉就直接在內車道剎車停住...
 
不然就是他要左轉他沒有提前切到內側...就直接從外車道跨越過內車道轉至對向...要轉之前也都沒看內側到有沒有車...

 還有就是要轉左他打右邊方向燈...然後就直接切出來也沒有看有沒有車...
再來就是不果在國道常遇到的...要變換車道他就直接切出來...都不打方向燈的...有些車整路都這樣....

 之前還因為這樣差點被裝...真的忍不下去了...
 請問各位遇到這些情況我要去哪邊檢舉申訴呢??

【高堂堯／南投報導】總統馬英九今中午赴南投中興新村省政資料館，參加台灣光復68周年紀念大會暨頒獎活動，上台致詞說：「報上說我對台灣光復不太重視，我想我更應該來！」但還不到1分鐘，就遭坐在台下的民進黨南投縣議員廖梓佑嗆聲：「無能政府下台！」、「不要來這裡取暖！」廖梓佑馬上被5、6名維安人員連推帶拉，架離會場。
 
馬英九對嗆聲充耳不聞，冷靜地繼續發表談話，從甲午戰爭、八年抗戰和二次大戰，一路講到台灣光復後的二二八事件和韓戰，強調中華民國擁有台灣領土主權，足足講了半個小時；台下滿場聽眾，有的自顧自看手上的資料，有的乾脆閉目打瞌睡，甚至活動開場時唱國歌起立時，禮堂最後一排座位上的多位聽眾卻沒站起一起唱，讓「台灣光復」活動場面氣氛略嫌尷尬。
 
「如果能用鞋敲到他的頭，也許能讓他能醒過來！」廖梓佑表示，一週前受邀觀禮，事先不知道馬英九會出席，一看見他上台就趁機為人民表達心聲；廖梓佑說，原本有帶一支備用鞋，但進場時被維安人員暫時收起保管，今天這麼好的機會、這麼近的距離，如果能用鞋子敲醒馬英九，也許他會為民不聊生的百姓多做些好事。
