【陳方瑩／南投報導】南投縣埔里酒廠今天舉行「2013年紹興酒文化節活動」，除了親子彩繪酒甕，為促銷主力產品「狀元紅」、「女兒紅」窖藏紹興酒，推出「望子成龍望女成鳳加冠儀式」，吸引350名1至6歲小朋友參加，小朋友戴上狀元紅、女兒紅官帽，由家長陪同走過汽球拱門，一一上台拍照留念，大人充滿了吾家有子初長成的期待，小朋友覺得新奇好玩，童言童語「長大以後要考狀元！」。

上海鄉村 消費時間：2013/10/24 地址：台北市中正區濟南路二段37號 電話：(02)23223333 營業時間：11:30~14:00, 17:30~21:00 圖文網誌：http://netpp.blogspot.com/2013/10/blog-post_24.html 純文字 一年一度的TPCA show來到了第二天 這天剛好排到工作人員 照貫例當天結束和都會和公司的同仁一起吃飯 這天的餐廳選擇了一家著名的老店 上海鄉村 上海菜我自己吃過的餐廳其實不多 印象中我也只吃過新竹的菜園而已 所以其實還蠻期待的 一進門就可以看到這個詭異的迎賓燈....店內其實還挺充滿現代感的 因為這天我們人數眾多 所以被安排在三樓的包廂之內 包廂內有三大張桌子 而且裡頭還有兩間廁所 另外一旁還有沙發可以坐呢 一入座桌上就已經擺好了小菜 蔥燒鯽魚 魚肉吃起來有點硬 不過口味甜甜的又夠味 其實還蠻好吃的 這道應該是蠶豆 平常只吃過蠶豆酥而已XD 所以這是第一次吃到是軟的口感 但口味我覺得一般般而已 這一道我就沒有品嚐了 看起來是豆干和青江菜拌炒過後的東西 然後這天的菜色是事前就預訂好的 所以菜單內容就不是很清楚了 一些菜色服務生沒介紹我就自己亂命名吧XD 干絲肉末 豆干切成細條狀 和肉末及蔥花拌炒 看起來很簡單的一道 但是還挺好吃的 而且又下飯 雞絲碗豆 一上桌時其實大家都露出嫌惡的表現XD 後來發現大家都討厭吃碗豆.... 不過之後真的是一吃驚人啊！ 新鮮碗豆的口感和冷凍蔬菜是完全不能比較的 沒想到單和雞絲就可以這麼好吃！ 香烤圈子 裡頭有魚肝和豬大腸 魚肝口感有點硬 個人沒有很愛 豬大豬則是相當的軟嫩 而且又入味 不過有同事反應豬大腸有點腥味 但是我自己吃起來是覺得還不錯 油燜雙冬 冬筍和冬菇的組合 筍子蠻鮮嫩的 完全吃不到一絲的粗纖維 香菇則是很多汁 而且香氣十足 杏仁魚片 魚肉裹上大量的杏仁片後下鍋酥炸 服務生會貼心的將魚肉分盤裝到每個客人之前 杏仁片吃起來是蠻香的 但魚肉的部分吃起來其實還蠻乾的 而且也沒什麼肉汁 吃完後整個就是口乾舌燥 沒有很愛 清蒸紅蟳 聽其他前一日有參加展會同事說 當天晚上已經吃了一堆海鮮了 所以這盤有其中一隻就落在我的盤中了.... 其實我自己是不太愛吃螃蟹啦 不過看到這肥美的蟹膏還是挺誘人的 吃起來沒有任何的腥味 滿口的鮮甜 再加上店家附的薑醋後更是好吃！ 百合蝦仁 蝦仁超級大顆的 而且口感十分的爽脆 店家還會附上一小碟的白醋 沾著又有著不同的風味 烤方蹄參 這一盤這是氣勢非凡 肥滋滋Q彈的東坡肉實在是油亮又吸引人 而一旁的海參也是軟嫩且入味 店家還會附上一籠的刈包 可以夾著肉一同時用 單吃肉的話其實還蠻鹹的 而且稍嫌油膩 不過配著刈包的話就剛剛好 蠔油鮑魚 鮑魚的個頭不大...不過倒是挺入味的 煙燻圓鱈 一上桌就可以聞到濃濃的煙燻香氣撲鼻而來 鱈魚肉非常的鮮嫩 而且還有湯汁呢 非常的好吃 瑤柱扒時蔬 整顆的干貝塞到冬瓜裡頭 冬瓜和高麗菜色吃起來都充滿了鮮味 乾貨的干貝雖然鮮味十足 但是吃起來實在是太韌了 咬到嘴巴都是抽筋了！ 火腿雞湯 已經分好每人一盅了 我拿到的是雞腿！！ 雞肉已經燉到軟爛 輕輕一咬就化開了 裡頭還吃得得到火腿塊以及魚翅 湯頭喝起來還頗為清淡的 比較起來我是覺得新竹菜園的白燉雞湯較好喝！ 三色燒賣 這道是鹹的點心 口味我覺得一般般 倒是外皮和常吃起到的燒賣口感不太一樣 較厚一些而且也較有彈性 內餡則是豬肉和蝦肉 吃起來紮實有彈性 豆沙鍋餅 口味不會太甜 但是還挺油的 水果 西瓜很甜 整餐吃起來感覺都是大菜而且份量又很多 最後幾道菜大家幾乎都飽到沒辦法動筷子了！！ 不過每一道菜口味都蠻不錯的 加上服務生也很熱心 甚至還幫我們包刈包呢！ 雖然當下不知道這間的價位如何...後來回家上網 了一下其實還蠻驚人的！ 但是如果預算足夠的話 這間真的是很適合和家人聚餐的一個地方！！ -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.135.212.200
