（軍聞社記者劉育然臺北廿六日電）國防部今天表示，國防部於上午八時接獲國搜中心通報，一支五人登山隊伍，行經花蓮縣奇萊山黑水塘時，一名女性許姓隊員不慎摔傷，無法行走，申請國軍派遣直升機支援後送任務。

　國防部接獲任務後，即下令空軍嘉義基地S-70C直升機一架（編號：K-493）執行後送救援任務；該機於八時十二分由嘉義基地起飛，八時四十九分進入目標區，九時十四分完成傷者吊掛並脫離目標區，九時四十九分返降嘉義基地，傷患隨即由嘉義縣消防局救護車送往臺中榮總嘉義分院醫治，圓滿完成任務。

網誌版 http://yuka99.pixnet.net/blog/post/41581077 金采奪目睫毛膏(超纖長) 洋娃娃記形睫毛膏(纖長型) --以下文字複製心得-- 今年在特賣會上隨手被我拿進購物籃的「洋娃娃記形睫毛膏」 總於被我開來用了，其實也用了有一個多月了，用著用著覺得它也挺好用的 某天在逛寶雅的時後，也隨手把另一支也帶回家了 很鬼打牆的第二支我也是買纖長型，其實是在日雜上有看到這一支的評價 好像還不錯我就一直記在腦海裡，當天逛了一大圈也只買了這支~哈 以外觀來說「洋娃娃記形」的管身真得很不討喜 「金采奪目」就好一些了，不過那個蓋子的設計有一總說不上來的奇妙 上方是金采奪目、下方是洋娃娃記形 二支都是主打纖長效果，裡頭的纖維我覺得都差不多多 金采奪目的刷頭比較小一些，對小眼睛的人（就是我）來說會比較好刷 刷頭形狀也都是彎形的，可以很貼合的刷上睫毛 其實二支刷起來的效果是差不多的，照片就放一起看好了 這二支刷完真的是很自然的纖長不會糾結，也不會有蟑螂腳出現 定型的效果也很好，從早上刷到晚上還是一樣的翹度 （如果是外雙的美眉刷這支一定很好看的） 二支都有抗暈染，不過對我來說沒用，到了下午眼尾的地方還是會小暈 個人比較喜歡「金采奪目」一些，因為刷頭小刷起來更順手就是了 從另一邊拍側面看起來比較明顯，弧度也很漂亮 你看~刷完的效果是不是一樣的，我敢保證這二張照片真的不是同一支 雖然刷完並不會讓眼睛看起來更大，但是我很喜歡這樣的纖長自然 而且本身睫毛就很短的我來說，能刷出這樣的效果我真的要偷笑了。 -- ＊~ 敗家乃是無止盡的循環 [ http://yuka99.pixnet.net/blog ] -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.162.238

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】日本共同社今天報導，美國國家安全局（NSA）曾在2011年前後向日本政府提出請求，希望協助監控透過光纖電纜傳輸的網路及電話通聯，意圖蒐集中國情報。不過日本以法律限制及情報人員不足為由，拒絕此一請求。
 
報導指出，由於中國的國際光纜及連接亞太地區的大部分光纜，都途經日本，美國此舉被視為旨在搜集中方情報。消息人士稱，NSA原本希望日方在光纜上安裝監控設備，以獲取包括網路聯繫及通話紀錄在內的資訊，但遭日本拒絕。
