面對少子化,有在出租給私立大專院校學生的網友要注意了,
一般人選擇讀大專院校一定會先從國立開始選,然後再選私立的,
目前已經有私立校所傳出招生人數不足要廢校的聲音,未來幾年更嚴重,
無論有没有要廢校,少子化導致學生人數逐漸減少是無可避免的,
目前就讀大一的新生大部份是民國84年出生,那一年出生人口329581人,
到了民國117年就讀大一的新生大部份是民國99年出生的人口166886人,
有在出租給私立大專院校學生的網友必須要有房屋無法完全出租出去給學生的心理準備。

(4)根本不想念大學,或許家裡有錢,或許直接當學徒......太多因素。
上述四項,每個時間點人數都不確定,自己去預估吧!

　　有別於一般養魚遊戲，《Popop魚》將採用親自捕捉的方式，在遊戲中大家需要控制著潛艇魚在不同的海底世界中歷險，利用泡泡來捕捉不同的收藏魚，而且在不同關卡中更藏著各種強大趣怪的 BOSS 等著大家挑戰，當然成功擊退牠們才可以將收藏魚拿回小窩。

　　2）當玩家等級到達 8 等後，在進入好友小窩時就有機會看到好友魚缸會出現「魚勾」圖示（前題是好友需要預自設定釣魚的項目），這時只要按下畫面下方的「魚勾」系統便會簡介要在這釣一次魚需要多少貝殼（包含系統服務費），只要付出對應的款項便可以隨機在該好友魚缸釣出一條收藏魚。釣出的收藏魚如果大於 2 星將不會登錄在圖鑑上。

　　3）當玩家等級到達 7 等後，在進入好友小窩時就會看到「合成」圖示，若果好友正在使用合成功能，那你便可以點擊去幫助好友提升合成成功率。

　　4）當好友魚缸的收藏魚出現「魚糧圖示」，便可以點擊下方的「魚糧圖示」進行餵食，每次餵食後可以增加時間 3 分鐘。如果好友收藏魚不肚餓時，圖示將不會顯示。

　　5）為了提高好友收藏魚的活躍度，大家也可以用安全電擊來電電好友的收藏魚，每次成功電擊將可獲得一定數量的「貝殼」（貝殼數量魚缸內的收藏魚數量和多少有關係），每次被電擊後，好友的收藏魚需要 4 小時才可恢復，接著才可再進行電擊，所以記得要把握機會，盡早電擊。好友互動的每天上限次數為 20 次，超過次數則不能繼續動作。
