中價位的手機還是以 Samsung 居多..  HTC 有待加強

【胡治言／綜合報導】在知名餐廳鼎泰豐點炒飯，若加醬油或加辣炒需加價50元，引發外界批評。鼎泰豐昨業此規定緊急喊卡，即起停售「客製化炒飯」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，鼎泰豐自本月中旬起，實施客人點肉絲蛋炒飯、蝦仁蛋炒飯等想加醬油或加辣，須多收50元，引起民眾反感。鼎泰豐發言人陳麗卿昨表示，加價規定為試辦性質，官網並未公布，僅由現場服務人員說明告知，但考量顧客反應，昨起停止所有門市銷售客製化炒飯。

英文有句話這樣說：“ Hindsight is 20/20.”

中文的意思就是「後見之明」。如果現在問我：「花三年的時間欠上一屁股債去念法學院 (J.D.) ，你覺得值得嗎？」我會篤定的回答：「不值得」。

但是九年前的我並不知道，也沒有仔細衡量利弊，只覺得念一個 professional degree 似乎更有保障也絕無害處。

經歷了將近五年苦多於樂的律師生涯後，我重新回到教育這個領域，希望藉由生命的歷練，幫想要到國外留學的年輕學子包裝、潤飾申請文件，並從過程中鼓勵他們要有不屈不撓的態度。更因為這份工作的關係，重新接觸了許多剛畢業和工作了不久的上班族。

要出國念MBA 先問兩個問題

面對年輕人計畫要留學到歐美念 MBA 學位時，我會先問：「你知道要花多少錢和時間嗎？你確定這是你所需要的東西嗎？」

如果前面兩個問題的答案都是 yes，我接下來會問：「你知道在商學院會學到什麼嗎？你了解這個學位對你未來職涯規劃或實踐的貢獻會是什麼嗎？」

通常會來諮詢的學生大部分已做了功課，心裡也都有個底。只是提起這一環，大家還是會忍不住訴苦。或許我的記憶還停留在當年，因此常常會對現今 MBA 高額的學費感到震驚不已。相信絕大多數的台灣家長聽到去美國念兩年書要5、6百萬台幣都會跳起來吧？！

可是為什麼還有如此多年輕人，即便知道這是一筆龐大的投資（無論是在金錢、時間或機會成本上），即使知道這投資的回報率未必讓人滿意，還是一窩蜂的想要去歐美取得一個 Top 15 的 MBA 學位？

首先，我們先從這一群年輕有為的青年才俊（young professionals) 申請動機談起：

1、對人生規劃清楚有野心，想要更上一層樓

在目前工作崗位已經做了4~5 年，薪資算不錯（以台灣薪資而言），而且所待的公司名聲規模均為中上。因拘限於目前的大環境以及職場晉升遇到瓶頸，所以必須要往外尋求另一條路。

這類年輕人也會是唯一比較能夠自己負擔（部分或全部）學費的一群，只是他們相對的野心勃勃，除了所謂的 M7（指的是一般市面上公認美國最好的商學院：HBS，Stanford，MIT， Kellogg，Columbia，Wharton，and Booth）到 Top 10 的學校，他們是不會考慮的。對於這群人，MBA 扮演的角色比較像是墊腳石。

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】急著想傳宗接代嗎？英國市面上最近出現一款「驗精棒」，10分鐘即可測得精蟲數量多寡，有助提高女伴受孕機率。

這款名為「精子檢查」（SpermCheck）的新器材，26日在英國開賣，外型與驗孕棒類似，使用者可自行在家檢查精蟲數量是否正常，若每毫升少於2000萬隻即屬過低，號稱準確率高達98％，每個售價約1430元台幣。

製造商表示，生出不小孩的壓力往往由女性單獨承受，但其實40％到60％案例是男性不孕，盼驗精棒能幫助夫妻及早發現問題。
