【黃彥傑／台北報導】台北市今天早上6時許，小西街1間民宅冒出煙味，附近鄰居聞到味道趕緊報警。警消獲報到場，發現鐵門深鎖，按電鈴也沒人回應。深怕發生意外，正當大家急忙聯絡屋主時，屋主睡眼惺忪的將鐵門緩緩升起，還問說發生什麼事，讓警消哭笑不得。所幸屋主表示，因蚊香消毒，才會有煙冒出，造成誤會深感抱歉，讓大家虛驚一場。

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】台北林小姐投訴，上月21日到米塔手感烘焙南京店購買蛋塔，但剝開後內餡竟夾有1根頭髮。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導， 林小姐表示，當天她買了2個蛋塔回家，兒子取出來食用時，卻發現蛋塔內餡竟夾有一根頭髮，她直呼，「要不是有把蛋搭折對半（才發現頭髮），不就吃下肚了。」業者艾米塔食品公司南京店承認疏失，願賠償消費者，會再加強清潔。台北市衛生局食品藥物管理處表示，已違反《食品衛生管理法》，須限期改善，未改善者依法可處6萬元以上、1500萬元以下罰鍰。
