今(13)日發布第3季「宏利投資者意向指數」，調查指出，台灣人投資人在第3季度對於現金以外的所有資產類別的投資意向都出現下滑，當中對於房地產及股票投資意向的下降尤為明顯。

調查顯示，本季股市投資意願指數是-13，上季是0和第1季是-10，都屬於全年新低。宏利投信總經理張維義指出，台灣人投資股市意願降低，除了對股市波動及美國聯儲局逐步退出量化寬鬆政策的擔憂，主要原因是由於市場波動性和上市公司利潤微薄；恰逢第3季度台灣共同基金行業出現資金淨流出達新台臺幣298億元，對共同基金的投資也表現出類似的悲觀情緒。

本季房地產投資指數為-30，和上季度-6大幅下滑，顯示投資人對房地產市場缺乏信心，即便是主要自住型住房投資的意向指數也降至-11。此外，由於投資人認為房價過高且預計可能出現調整，43%的受訪者表示目前並非投資房地產的正確時機。

從區域的綜合指數來看，台灣投資者意向指數由第2季度的+1降至第3季度的-9，甚至低於第1季度的-8；在亞洲七個市場中，台灣受訪者的負面意向排名第二低，僅高於排名第一低、意向最為悲觀的香港。

宏利亞洲投資者意向指數（Manulife Investor Sentiment Index）是針對該地區的季度性調查活動，橫跨亞洲七大市場，衡量和追蹤投資人對於重要資產類別及投資工具取向上的看法。

此項調查研究在今年8/16-9/5期間，針對香港、中國、臺灣、日本、新加坡、馬來西亞和印度尼西亞進行，個別市場各自據以研究的500組有效訪談。除了在馬來西亞和印度尼西亞採用面談方式之外，其他市場都是透過線上訪查取得。受訪者年齡在25歲以上，為家庭財務主要決策者，且目前持有投資產品。

我想原PO在第一篇文章中就將立場表達很清楚了 今天店家的問題是"廣告不實"，涉及"詐欺"等事宜 原PO第一時間理性反應，但工讀生和老闆怎麼回應的? 工讀生和老闆的回應顯然扯的離譜 當下爭與不爭都沒錯；當下不爭，回家PO網路不行嗎? 並不是每個人都會據理力爭 也不是每個人都會告到法院、向消保官檢舉 每個人有每個人的處理方式，沒有對與錯，只看你認不認同 另外都說餐包無限量供應了 今天進去店家裡面遵守規矩點餐 本來這些都是店家該給的 而不是推說筆誤 也不應該被說成吃米不知米價、人家才120是要吃多少 多好 這些理由都可笑至極 現今社會有個現象 價值觀顛倒混亂 無理又潑婦罵街的人反倒成了對的一方 反過來指責受害者你應該怎樣 你哪裡錯了 BLABLA 不應該是這樣的 一件是非對錯明顯的事情 怎還會有人在亂扯 圖的是什麼目的? 店家後來的補救方式 老實說，有板友提到了 因為在鬧區加上此事傳播迅速 所以不得不處理 這可以從一開始原PO反應時老闆的回應可略知一二 說不定在這之前也是有人被這些理由打發走 只不過他們選擇忍氣吞聲罷了 不管任何事都不要投機取巧 尤其是想做生意的話 大概是這樣 另外如果平常喜歡反串就算了 要小心反串反久了真的會出問題 小的在MONKEYS板就看到這樣實例 很慘 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.49.59 ※ 編輯: FishKing5566 來自: 114.47.49.59 (11/14 14:39)

【姚瑞宸／台北報導】參加NIKE青棒訓練營的年輕球員，昨天最大收穫之一是「模仿郭泓志」。
郭泓志在訓練結束後與學員們分享自己的經驗，有小朋友模仿他在大聯盟擊出全壘打，後高舉雙手挽棒花的動作，逗得郭泓志哈哈大笑。
郭泓志坦承自己的揮棒動作很誇張：「沒辦法，就很有力，轉身又快。」他說擊出的瞬間：「很舒坦！蠻好玩的啦，其實擊到球就知道是全壘打，做人要謙虛嘛。」
小球員自願上前模仿郭泓志「殺氣的眼神」，滿臉笑意中突然轉身睜大眼瞪了一下，郭泓志豎起大姆指：「這個感覺不錯，我剛才想站起來打你。」
