【方翊倩／綜合報導】大陸製的麥芽糊精已悄悄進入台灣！有民眾爆料，指國內最大的麥芽糊精製造商環泰公司，前年開始為省成本，悄悄地進口大陸製糊精，換成環泰包裝後，當自家生產的產品出售。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，環泰生產的麥芽糊精銷售對象幾乎涵蓋國內所有食品大廠，主要加入泡芙、飲品、餅乾、奶粉等食品。讀者提供影帶爆料，指環泰二年前為省成本，直接從大陸進口麥芽糊精，換成環泰包裝出售，由於包裝上並未註明來自大陸，明顯標示不實。直到上個月黑心油爆發後才暫時停止，兩年來該公司保守估計已省下千萬元。

環泰財務經理張忠清坦承，確實為節省成本，有從大陸進口麥芽糊精，但他強調：「大陸進口的麥芽糊精，是用來作為麥芽糖的原料，沒有換包裝賣給食品廠。」

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】2008年在美國德州發生離奇的兒童死亡案，體重500公斤的女子洛薩雷斯(Mayra Rosales)宣稱自己翻身不小心壓死姪兒，但調查發現嫌犯實際上是洛薩雷斯的妹妹，洛薩雷斯本人被證明胖到手舉不起，根本無法殺人。美國TLC頻道也製作一系列紀錄片，追蹤洛薩雷斯的案子。

洛薩雷斯說，當時她希望孩子們有媽媽可以照顧，因此願意替妹妹頂罪。但後來發現妹妹持續對其他孩子施暴，最後決定把事實說出。洛薩雷斯的妹妹目前被判處15年有期徒刑。

但另一方面，社會也因此開始關注洛薩雷斯的病情，洛薩雷斯胖到不能走路，生活也無法自理。洛薩雷斯透過官司，間接得到醫療管道，現在洛薩雷斯正在進行減肥，目標是瘦到100公斤，而TLC將在下月4日播放最新一集，希望看到洛薩雷斯的轉變。
