| 葉少爺酒駕撞死人案 6年刑期確定

去年四月發生的「葉少爺」葉冠亨酒駕撞死人案件，當時成為媒體焦點，最高法院審理之後，認定二審判決的認定事實和適用法律沒有違誤，今天駁回檢辯雙方的上訴，還是判決葉冠亨六年有期徒刑，全案也就此確定。

「葉少爺」葉冠亨去年四月，在酒店飲酒作樂之後，開著雙B轎車，載著友人行經高雄市中華三路和光復一街路口，為了閃避垃圾車，加上自己酒駕徵車速過快，撞死行人穿越道上的李姓婦人，車上的友人也因此傷重不治，更悲慘的是，李姓婦人的丈夫也因為傷心過度去世。車禍發生之後，葉少爺沒有在第一時間道歉，又被網友發現他在網路上炫富，遭輿論大加撻伐。
全案經過檢方提起公訴之後，一二審法院認定，葉冠亨涉犯酒駕肇事致人於死罪，重判他六年有期徒刑。最高法院審理之後，則是認為原審法院量刑合理，且認定事實和適用法律沒有違誤，二十七號駁回檢辯雙方的上訴，全案也就此確定。

今天收到貨後馬上開箱結果一按相機就當且過一會顯示 連接相機失敗!!
因為已試過多次的軟體恢復原廠都一樣無效，因此想要試看看硬體強制恢復原廠
請問有人知道按那些按鍵嗎?
如果還是不行就真的要退貨了~實在有夠傻眼的品質。
※再次強調~因不確定是什麼問題所以想再試試。
※更新：找到國外的英文版說明手冊的恢復方式了，但還是無法解決相機問題
下方還是提供恢復原廠方式。(我決定退貨了)
1關閉平板電腦。
2按住電源/鎖定鍵+音量向下鍵
3當LG標誌顯示出時先只釋放電源/鎖定鍵，此時音量↓不要放開
4大約2秒時放開音量↓後再同時間按下並按住電源/鎖定鍵+音量↑+音量↓共三個按鍵

今天剛組好電腦 帶回家灌Win7 64bit出現了下面網址的情況 http://ppt.cc/sCFl 無法找到驅動導致沒辦法繼續往下動作 http://tw.myblog.yahoo.com/greenpc.csy0322/article?mid=208&prev=-1&next=9 大概是上面網址的第5到第6中間出現此問題 爬了文有人說重燒光碟，也一樣行不通 以前有灌過32bit 都沒這問題，記得win7不是都會自動抓驅動? 附上電腦主要規格 CPU：Intel 第四代Core【四核】I5-4570 主機板：華碩 B85M-G/M-ATX 請知道怎麼解決的大大告訴我!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.229.112

【張貴翔、楊忠翰 ／台北報導】檢警偵辦女嬰緗緗喝高鈉奶粉致死案，昨聲押女嬰的伯母鄒雅婷，親友聽聞不可置信，認為鄒女與緗緗父母互動不錯，察覺不出有心結，但一名父執輩親戚聽到消息嘆氣說：「應該是妯娌出問題，她們以前發生過糾紛。」但《蘋果》追問該名親戚欲言又止，不願再詳述。
緗緗十月起受高鈉奶粉之苦時，鄒女臉書沒發文，但檢察官本月二十一日約談沈家八人，鄒女隔兩天竟po出與友人在宴會笑開懷照片，以為擺脫奶粉陰影，未料檢警回馬槍讓她措手不及。

【王覺一／綜合報導】世界盃女壘賽亞洲區資格賽今天進行第3天賽程，台灣隊上午靠著「羊咩咩」楊依婷轟出滿貫砲，以13比2痛擊南韓，雖然稍後以0比6不日本，但南韓更是輸暈頭，下午以2比3爆冷敗給菲律賓，無緣晉級4強。
楊依婷身高號稱160公分，實際上當然不到。總教練曾信彰表示，別看羊咩咩個子小，但肌肉結實，算是小鋼砲的球員。去年世界盃也開轟，這次亞洲區資格賽首戰對菲律賓也轟出大會第1支全壘打，今天則是在首局開轟，助台灣隊先馳得點。
台灣隊預賽3勝2敗，以第3名晉級4強頁程賽，原本教練以為為要再對決南韓，不料南韓爆冷門敗給菲律賓，使得台灣明天4強首戰對手換成菲律賓。預賽首戰，台灣靠著楊依婷與老將江慧娟2支全壘打，以9比0擊敗菲律賓。
