我在 吉兒龐克專賣店買了 下面這頂假髮

上面明明標示著60公分
但寄來時
卻是大約100公分的 直髮馬尾
也不是我一開始問得到的有捲度的那種
後來跟賣家確認過"好幾次"
最後賣家問是不是2袋的假髮
我回答"是"之後
對方承認他們寄錯後表示可以換貨

但是我寄回去
過了很久都沒消息
問賣家後卻說

你好~我們有打電話給您~您未接唷~由於寄給您的假髮是正確的商品唷~所以要寄回去給您~謝謝^^

跟他們表示我買的是60公分的 他們也確認過
對方卻不肯回應

這就算了
我寄回去假髮到現在
他說要寄回來給我的假髮現在也還沒收到...
怎麼辦???

第二個問題

賣家一開始說會退寄回去的運費的錢給我
他要是因為他認為假髮是正確的不肯退運費給我 該怎麼辦?

新任勞動部長從未接觸勞工議題，怎麼看基本工資調漲？台北市副市長陳雄文20日確定接任勞動部長，不諱言自身缺乏勞工議題經驗，但是強調自己重視溝通，上任首先將拜訪各主要勞團。面對第一個基本工資挑戰，陳雄文表示他會支持。

台北市副市長陳雄文出身土木、環工背景，過去主要服務地方政府、環保署，外界質疑他對於勞工議題毫無認識，甚至擔憂他過去擔任產業發展局長經歷，會成為「產業的代言人」。

陳雄文20日開記者會表示，曾因為專業不在勞工業務，加上政壇氣氛對政務官不友善，一度婉拒接任勞動部長，但行政院長江宜樺勉勵說：「整個勞動部都是你專業的後盾，只要做好一位有擔當、決策果斷的政務官即可。」因此他才接下職務。

陳雄文說，台灣經濟發展衍生了「環保」與「勞資」2大問題，雖然他曾有產業局長身分，但環保署18年的經歷告訴他，打仗也要知己知彼，掌握台灣經濟發展與產業結構，對於勞動談判相當有利。

雖然專長不在勞工業務，但陳雄文強調自己「重視溝通」，上任第一件事，就是拜訪不同利益團體與勞團組織，深入了解不同的訴求與心聲。他說：「公務員32年經歷以來，從沒看過100%完美的政策，因此要努力溝通、保持資訊透明，尋求社會福祉的最大公約數。」

北市府過去不斷呼籲調高目前時薪115、月薪19273元的基本工資，接任後下周一的基本工資審議隨之而來，也是他將面對的第一個挑戰，陳雄文說：「基本上現在民生物價指數偏高，年度消費者物價指數已超過3，我認為基本工資應該調漲，但調漲幅度多少，要由審議委員會的勞資雙方協商。」

豬哥亮昨（20）日出席《大囍臨門》殺青酒宴，日前拍戲累出血便的他，幽默自嘲「我現在跟小姐一樣，上完廁所擦了五六次還有血，跟那個來一樣。」在席宴上他也只喝白開水，餐具亮潔，完全沒有使用。問他餓不餓？他笑說自己現在食量很小，不用擔心。強忍病體不適，又用幽默化解大家的擔心，令人看了相當不捨。

豬哥亮聲稱自己會去開刀，但對於開刀時間卻一直拖延，他說自己有3個願望，一是希望好好完成《大囍臨門》，二是願女兒謝金晶（本名謝耕玉）能順利以歌手身分出道，三是想拍完《大尾鱸鰻2》。清楚自己的身體狀況，他苦笑說這三個願望達成，應該就差不多要「出去」了。

曾經「出國深造」20多年的他，對柯振東的失足表示原諒，希望媒體和社會大眾不要太傷他，「他很年輕，才23歲而已，一時的錯誤，以後要改掉。我沒有資格說，我出國深造20多年，大家都願意原諒我，所以希望也能給他機會。」並表示：「希望他能提早出來、提早改正，還有前途。」
