 證交所推高薪100指數

本報訊
台灣證券交易所繼支持政府提高就業率政策的「台灣就業99指數」、鼓勵上市公司重視經營績效及資訊揭露的「台灣企業經營101指數」後，今天宣布推出「台灣高薪100指數」。
證交所表示，台灣證券市場上市公司多數體質健全、營收良好、配股率合理，而社會對調高平均薪資則有殷切期待，經由將發放員工薪酬較高的上市公司納入「台灣高薪100指數」成分股，並將指數授權大型基金管理機構作為投資指標，或授權投信發行被動式投資商品，引導資金投資發放薪酬較高的上市公司，鼓勵企業加薪，將獲利回饋員工，善盡企業社會責任。
證交所指出，尤其是追蹤特定指數績效表現的被動式投資，基金經理人的投資操作以複製所追蹤標的指數為原則，既能避免弊案發生，也可降低交易成本及提高管理績效，在國外已漸成主流，特別受到退休基金青睞，例如日本國民年金(GPIF)就有達81%股票投資部位採被動式投資、美國的加州公務人員退休基金(CalPERS)也有70%股票投資部位採用被動式投資。
證交所強調，「台灣高薪100指數」設計概念全球首創，除了為台灣證券市場企業社會責任型指數發展再添動力之餘，也期望能進一步推廣被動式投資概念。(中央社)

| 券商受託辦理投資貨幣基金 上路

本報訊
為提升券商服務客戶效率，使投資人閒置資金得有效運用，金融監督管理委員會開放券商受託辦理應付客戶交割款項投資貨幣市場基金業務，即日起正式上路。
台灣證券交易所表示，券商辦理本項業務除可加強瞭解投資人資金狀況，降低交割風險，並有助證券市場長期發展。
投資人委託券商辦理本項業務，則可提升證券儲蓄帳戶閒置資金收益率，且買賣貨幣市場基金各項申購贖回、款項匯入匯出等手續，都由券商代為辦理，投資人無相關作業負擔。
證交所指出，證券業務應付客戶交割款項包括客戶上市(櫃)股票買賣、認購(售)權證履約、債券買賣或附條件交易、衍生性商品及複委託等應付客戶交割款項；券商應付客戶交割款項轉撥運用，不得留置，運用標的以新台幣計價的國內貨幣市場基金為限。
此外，為保障客戶權益，券商辦理本項業務應開立「券商受託客戶投資貨幣市場基金專戶」，此專戶應與自有財產分別獨立，款項及投資標的均不得流用，且券商就自有財產所負債務，債權人也不得對專戶款項及投資標的請求扣押或行使其他權利。(中央社)

我覺得蠻好看的阿 有雷 ------- 前半段還蠻好笑的 有很多梗 只是有些有點噁心的梗 我會笑不出來 但好笑的還蠻多的 後半段1/4我幾乎都在哭 因為年輕老闆娘老闆演的太好了 那個任性的感覺有出來 年輕老闆也有演出清純體貼的感覺 看到他們演高中生一陣舒適阿 周慧敏我覺得因為嚇到憂鬱任性我覺得有演出來 而且我覺得她演的很好 這算是她演技突破吧? 男女主角真的很可愛好笑 阿拓呆呆的演的太糗了 女主角很認真演 這根本是她們的奇幻旅程沒錯 阿不思泡咖啡身手很厲害 而且酷樣有演出 一直想調配出那特調一直被老闆娘拒絕 我覺得這部份很好 不管是內容還是演技表情 很有感覺 而且從女生變T那段好好笑喔 九把刀真的很厲害 很有內容的一部戲 尤其後1/4我都在哭阿 而且這部戲也很舒壓 希望大家去看 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.36.98.154 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/movie/M.1408666702.A.3AE.html

本報訊
彭博報導，「The Information」報導，電子海灣（eBay Inc. ）最快可能明年分拆旗下支付事業。電子海灣股價聞訊收高。
根據「The Information」，這家全球最大線上市集已對PayPal最高職位的潛在人選表示，考慮最快明年分拆這個事業。
1位因事情未公開而要求匿名的人士說，電子海灣尚未與PayPal最高層主管潛在人選展開說明。
PayPal推升電子海灣營運成長，上季營收增加20%，相較市集生意的9%成長幅度。
