| 韓車禍受傷母親：盼兩兒子痊癒再回家

台灣觀光客在韓發生車禍，來自台灣的曾浚瑋一家四口都受傷，曾的妻子李姮儀在病床上，心有餘悸的說：搭乘的遊覽車出發僅五分鐘，就發生「碰撞」聲，然後她看到她兩個兒子昏倒了，而且頭部血流不止，後來才知遊覽車，被一輛巴士撞及，而且車頭全毀。她擔心兩個兒子的病情，希望他們兩兄弟完全痊癒之後，再搭機返國回家。
這起車禍，曾浚瑋一家四口，全部受傷。其中十歲大兒子曾華達頭部重創，經送醫急診室接受縫合手術之後，目前還在加護病房，九歲小兒子曾華鈺則眼框骨折、鼻樑及額頭骨裂、曾浚瑋胸骨凸出，而李姮儀，有輕微腦震盪。
來自桃園的曾浚瑋的小舅子李國璽說，受傷較嚴重的是十歲大的兒子曾華達，還需醫生的確診。他姊姊說：但因為小孩子目前不易移動，需要完全痊癒之後，方能搭機返國。

美國經濟數據好轉，預算案又在眾議院順利過關，聯準會(FED)17、18日會議縮減量化寬鬆的可能性增加；相較之下，日本央行明年可能進行更大幅度的貨幣寬鬆，美元和歐元相對於日圓13日一度衝上五年新高。
嘉實XQ全球贏家系統報價顯示，13日紐約匯市尾盤為止，美元兌日圓先升後貶，先漲至103.92，創下2008年10月以來新高，隨後獲利回吐跌0.07%至103.22。歐元兌日圓盤中也一度觸及五年新高、達142.82，但是之後由漲轉跌，貶值0.20%至141.69。
今年以來，美元兌日圓大漲19.01%，歐元兌日圓也狂飆23.94%。歐洲央行(ECB)13日表示，銀行將歸還歐債危機的226.5億歐元貸款，額度超越預期。花旗(Citi)策略師Valentin Marinov認為，此舉短期可推高歐元，但流動性緊縮不利借貸和成長，對歐元長期並非利多。
在此同時，由於瑞士銀行業將在年底前匯回資金，瑞士法郎兌日圓盤中飆上30年新高，達116.72，為1983年初以來新高，不過隨後貶值0.14%至115.89。
美國商品期貨交易委員會(CFTC)13日數據顯示，12月10日為止當週資產管理機構和其他大額交易人持有的美元淨多單減至191.0億美元，低於前週的198.5億美元。
