李冰冰熬夜擦員工屁股　「中國好老闆」太神啦！

中國戲劇天后李冰冰的工作室今天凌晨竟向她求救，原來是要請李冰冰幫忙翻譯一封英文郵件，內容如下：「冰姐！緊急求助！有封很重要的英文郵件馬上要回信，翻譯同志今天請假，求冰姐出手！拜託拜託！」
 
李冰冰翻譯完後寄回工作室，還無奈寫下：「翻！完！了！到底誰是老闆？還有沒有下次？」工作室感激把這兩封Mail傳上微博，「李老闆半夜救急，通宵熬夜幫我們幹活．．．我們太沒用啦！今天開始學英文來的及嗎」？於是網友給李冰冰取了個新綽號，叫「中國好老闆」。（路韋豪／綜合報導）

國五差別費率 減價車流增6%

〔自由時報記者林嘉琪／台北報導〕昨天是國道五號試辦「差別費率」第二個週日，上午六點至中午十二點，由宜蘭北上往台北的國道費率打五折，高公局統計，昨天減價時段行駛國五經雪隧車流量達九四一六輛次，較七月份相同時段，車流量僅增加六％，成效還是不彰。民眾抱怨差別費率還是照「塞」，高公局則表示，會視試辦結果，重新調整差別費率。

試辦結束 會再調整差別費率

高公局選在假日最壅塞的國五試辦國道差別費率，八月十六日、二十三日及九月十三日、二十日，上午六點至中午十二點，台北往宜蘭的國五南下方向施行通行費加價五十％；八月十七日、二十四日及九月十四日、二十一日，上午六點至中午十二點，宜蘭回台北北上方向減價五十％收費，希望透過尖離峰差別費率作法，發揮車流移轉「移峰填谷」作用。

高公局希望民眾在週日趁早由宜蘭返回台北，避開下午車潮，但是差別費率進行到第二週，國五還是塞車，新招破功。

高公局指出，昨天上午十點前國五北上可維持時速八十公里，到了近中午十一點過後，頭城到坪林段車流量增多，車速降至五十公里以下，雪隧內更從中午開始一路塞車，到了傍晚六點前時速僅有四十公里。

民眾批評差別費率試辦無助紓解塞車問題；逢甲大學運輸科技與管理學系副教授李克聰也指出，國道差別費率必備的替代道路、替代時段和替代運具三大配套措施全都沒跟上，讓效果打折。

高公局副局長吳木富指出，差別費率作法不能保證完全不塞，而是要減緩塞車情況，過去國五全線壅塞，甚至回堵到國三，現在則是因為爬坡路段或發生交通事故，才因此出現塞車。

試辦暫停兩週 秋節後再進行

吳木富指出，國五試辦差別費率連續進行二週，但緊接著八月三十日和卅一日是暑假最後週休，九月六日、七日則遇中秋連假，高公局要因應節日另提因應措施。高公局會在試辦結束後評估成效，重新決定差別費率並調整因應措施。

4.再次使用猛虎姿態，然後又可以觸發一次額外傷害。

總結:雙虎拳就是先把特效留起來，短時間發動2次造成爆發傷害的用法。
