我們（我是後座）和對方一樣同向行駛，他是（前）方，我們是（後）方，

突然一台機車的後照鏡，撞到我朋友機車的後照鏡，

而對方沒有打方向燈，把我們撞倒在地上。

後來對方中途把車騎回家，拿了一千塊給我們，

還威脅我們說不要叫警察，的騎走，之後聽到警車的聲音趕緊把車騎回來

罵我們說【你叫警察了，一千塊還我】

和朋友警察局做完筆錄以後

到醫院檢查，發現我的腳骨折了，至今快三個多月尚未恢復，

對方卻連一通電話都沒打來問候過！！

警察和我說如果我有需要，可以另外安排做我的筆錄

因為對方的態度實在很惡劣，所以決定向對方提告！

想請問我可以要求對方做哪些責任賠償？？

【李菁豪／高雄報導】陸軍8軍團為防制官兵酒駕想出休假戴上「絕不酒駕」紙手環而挨批，1名退伍的海軍陸戰隊士兵看到《蘋果》報導，感嘆陸軍防制酒駕手環實在太沒美感和創意，今向《蘋果》爆料，其實海軍陸戰隊早在去年就曾發過「矽膠材質的超潮反酒駕運動手環，比起陸軍的粗質劣等品，海軍陸戰隊的手環超有質感美觀又實用。」

海軍陸戰隊反酒駕手環正面寫有禁止「酒、賭、毒、飆、色、逃」6個字，後面是海軍陸戰隊隊徽和英文簡寫「R.O.C.M.C」，告誡海軍陸戰隊官兵不要酒駕、賭博、吸毒、飆車、女色和逃兵，顏色分為綠色、藍色和橘色等多種顏色。

爆料的海軍陸戰隊退伍士兵把手環PO上網，不少網友看完直說「超潮，想戴，哪有賣？可當國軍文創商品販售。」

對此，海軍陸戰隊指揮部政戰主任孫常德少將表示，去年因為海軍陸戰隊流行路跑和鐵人3項比賽，海軍陸戰隊戰鬥支援大隊順應運動潮流，送給大隊部的官兵每人1條運動手環，上面順便寫有一些禁止酒、賭、毒、飆、色、逃的警語，沒有強制規定官兵在營區和休假都要戴著，但現在已經沒有發送這種手環。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】中國河南旅遊局日前透過微博宣傳廣告，不過他們所使用的配圖，竟然是3名裸露上半身的裸女圖。

據中國《合肥在線》報導，該旅遊局日前在微博打出「旅遊省錢都看這裡」的廣告，但配圖是一張有3名裸女在「神農山」碑前的合影，目前這張裸女圖已經被撤下。報導也指出，這張圖應該是2007年、當地舉辦人體攝影大賽的參賽圖片。該旅遊局則回應，推文是為了推廣當地旅遊，「沒有不正當引導的意思」，圖片也非色情圖片。
