【方翊倩／綜合報導】台北富邦銀行日前向北市府提出北富銀中山大樓土地變更案，遭北市府都發局打回票。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，北富銀中山大樓位處北市中山北路黃金地段，是早年台北銀行總行，屬於機關用地，光土地市值就達61億元；但富邦要變更為商業用地，只提出回饋6千萬元，僅約市值的1％，遭北市府都發局打回票，最後決定撤案。台北市議員王世堅痛批，前台北市長馬英九任內，富邦予取予求併購台北銀行，已獲取數千倍暴利，如今是食髓知味、一吃再吃。

如果會考慮到要養車的問題,
建議還是買台toyota的車,
零件去赤峰街或網路找找都可以找到便宜的翻修件,
就算全新件也不會貴到哪兒
重點是在挑的時候,引擎與變速箱的好壞,因為這兩樣要修都不便宜(萬元以上)
另外稅金與油耗要考慮外,
最重要的就是停車費
這些都是養車要考慮進去的費用,
若是這些費用佔去你每月收入的1/3,
那麼...把錢拿來買好點的防水透氣衣,安全帽,手套...等雨具防寒用品安全用品等,
把錢省下來,
現在你最大的本錢是年輕,
現在的一塊錢代表未來的不可限量

2 . 目前是用魚缸 底材用報紙和樹皮屑

網路很多人說 底材要噴濕 不知道知的假的

魚缸內沒有放置水盆 不知道要不要放置水盆

3 . 目前沒有放置加溫燈 因為是養在室內 溫差沒很大

【劉邠如／綜合報導】好天氣卻得坐在辦公室已經夠苦悶了，沒想到一打開電腦，卻發現臉書上全是朋友「放閃」的照片，有跟女友甜蜜蜜的出遊照、還有出國玩、吃美食、換新車等開心的照片。讓人不禁要問為何「為何朋友好像過得比我更快樂」？但有專家提出解釋，「這一切是幻覺」。

根據香港《蘋果日報》報導，有科學家對此做出研究，要破解「為何朋友老是開心過你」之謎，並提出「矛盾友誼」理論(Friendship Paradox)。

專家表示，人們身邊總是有些「好手」朋友，而人們常拿自己和這些好手做比較。就連「性伴侶」的情況也一樣...「為何你的朋友總是比你能把到更多妹」？因為你特別留意「會把妹」的那一個。整件事的原理就好像去健身一樣，到了健身房你覺得人人都比你壯，其實只因為這些人經常去健身房你才留意到，而那些身材比你更差的人，只躲在家。

又好比你覺得為何有些朋友總是比你會社交、更討人喜愛。因為你常把自己和這些「社交好手」做比較；又或者你覺得朋友們怎麼都那麼有錢，其實只是因為你太注意這些「特殊」的朋友，而暗自將他們當作標準，跟自己比較，卻忘記了身邊有很多跟你同一處境的朋友，這稱為「偏差的樣本」 (biased sample)，所以你永遠只覺得自己「比上不足」。

因而專家提醒，「為何朋友好像過得比我更快樂」，這樣的感覺，其實真的只是假象而已。過去也有德國研究指出，3個人當中就有1個人看了臉書後，會因為羨慕他人而感到不快樂，並因此不滿足於現在的生活。看來如果你已經陷入了這種「比較迷思」，不要懷疑，「臉書」就是罪魁禍首。與其浪費時間去羨慕他人，不如減少時間上臉書，肯定會讓你更快樂。
