〔自由時報記者林嘉琪／台北報導〕國道計程系統引起不少民怨，但遠通電收一○二年九月至十一月間進行的自主查核驗證，通行量正確率與可收費成功率都是百分之百；高公局在十一月到十二月份查核驗證，前者正確率百分之百，後者也有九十九．九三六％，符合標準。
依契約規定，電子計費通行量正確率須達九十九％，可收費成功率應達九十九．八％以上。高公局副局長吳木富說，電子收費的表現雖稍有不足，都達到合約的規範標準。高公局會持續嚴格監督遠通電收儘速改善。
高公局迄今測試正確率接近百分之百，是否意味無法據此與遠通解約？高公局表示，遠通若有營運上重大瑕疵，高公局仍有權主張終止合約，每半年就會進行稽查。近期民眾對計程抱怨連連，高公局已在一月十六日再度啟動稽查，近日就會有新的測試數據出爐。
查核驗證度高 恐難與遠通解約
最新一期的壹週刊報導指稱eTag的業者自主查核驗證測試竟只做靜態測試。遠通電收澄清說，靜態測試僅是其中一項、另有動態跑車實測。
高公局副局長吳木富指出，計程電子收費系統查核驗證採二階段進行，且不論是前端測試系統或是全系統，均須通過專業機構自主性查核驗證（IV&V）及高公局查核（V&V）兩道程序。
