報導指出，反服貿人士占據立法院，國民黨指控是民進黨在背後煽動，要民進黨主席蘇貞昌負起責任。蘇貞昌則反駁，學生是被國民黨激怒的。

報導指出，立法院長王金平對抗議者占據立法院表示遺憾，呼籲民眾冷靜與理性。立法院被占據，考驗王金平如何展現靈活的政治手腕，化解僵局。

「法蘭克福廣訊報」（FAZ）駐北京記者用電話專訪占據國會議場的學生。學生表示，他們並非配合在野黨杯葛服貿協議的審查、通過和付諸實施，只是要求必須依法進行。(中央社)
