【大紀元2014年05月25日訊】(大紀元記者程木蘭綜合報導)中國近年來糧食對外依存度越來越高。據中共官方統計，2013年中國進口大豆6,338萬噸，而國內大豆產量僅有1,200萬噸，對外依存度高達80%以上，且進口數量13年間增了6倍。不僅是大豆，近年玉米進口也出現飆漲，小麥、大米進口量也逐年增加。

這與美國農業部(USDA)經濟研究所(Economics Research Service)的近期報告不謀而合。該報告稱，中美之間貿易，自從2008年起中國已從糧食淨出口大國轉變為糧食淨進口大國，之後逐年飆漲。2013年淨進口量創下六年新高。

2012年中國自美國進口穀物高達1,600萬噸，2013年增至1,800萬噸，包括300萬噸玉米、400萬噸乾酒糟(DDGs)。乾酒糟是玉米等穀物深加工後的副產品，通常被用作生產動物飼料。

2013年，美國向中國供應了70%的進口小麥。此外，中國還首次成為美國高粱的主要出口市場。

該報告數據顯示，中國成了美國食品和農產品最大出口國，佔美國農產品出口近20%。2013年，美國對中國出口金額達到267億美元，產品包括大豆、小麥、玉米和林業產品。

中國國內媒體揭露，土地重金屬污染，國家糧庫巨大虧空，甚至官員將良田謊稱為荒地強徵，加上近年來極端天氣，造成糧食大幅度減產。糧食短缺終將成為中國大陸面臨的長期問題。

這都促使中國對美國穀物進出口角色的轉換——從玉米出口國變為年均進口量高達300至500萬噸的進口國。相較2003年時，中國淨出口至美國的玉米達1,500萬噸。

此外，近來中國大宗商品貿易融資行為花樣繁多，比如銅、鎳、大豆、鐵礦石、橡膠……。此前，中國進口大豆就因為國內銀行減少開立信用證而傳出進口訂單違約事件。

與銅融資操作路徑基本相同，中國買家大量進口糧食，用進口倉單作為融資抵押品，將銀行款項套出，再拿去套取利差或匯差，甚至直接投向房地產、高利貸、理財產品等變異行徑，導致統計出來的人均糧食擁有量遠超過世界人均糧食量。

2012年世界人均糧食擁有量為321.7公斤，而按中共統計數據可得出2013年中國人均糧食463公斤，是世界平均水平的1.43倍。
