小嫻的新書《瘦出好曲線》，教女生以飲食及運動瘦出健康，老公何守正的舊愛張惠妹（阿妹），日前因發胖屢遭外界揶揄，小嫻是過來人，很能感同身受：「女明星都很辛苦，媒體應該給大家正確觀念。」
嘗試10種無效減肥法
被問阿妹，她擔心外界以為她拿天后炒新聞，說話小心，深怕動輒得咎，強調過去的事不需多談，專注當下和未來比較實際，「結婚的女人要謹慎」，她說10幾天寫了５萬多字，出書只是分享切身之痛，告訴大家用對的方法找回健康。
５年前她從52公斤胖到63，嘗盡冷嘲熱諷，曾收到網友轉貼瘦身名言「要嘛瘦，要嘛死」，她當白老鼠卻愈減愈胖，書中列出10種試過又無效的減肥法，「拜託大家不要再八卦女明星身材，有些人其實不胖，而且人的外表會老很自然，追求心靈自在比較重要。」
生活自在不急辦登記
她在體重「高峰期」遇到何守正，「他不離不棄陪伴我度過，給我很多鼓勵，常說『慢慢來，不要急』，讓我慢慢放下對體重數字的執著。」身高163公分的她已減到48公斤，她和何守正在美國結婚，至今半年，她說生活樸實，不急在台灣補辦登記及婚宴，「日子要過得實在，其他不重要。」

【張寧╱綜合報導】法國男鞋品牌Berluti有全世界最貴男鞋稱號，大部分皮鞋卻動輒售超過台幣4萬元，為了慶祝品牌在巴黎男裝周期間舉辦2014春夏新品發表，品牌CEO，同時也是LVMH集團主席Bernard Arnault的兒子Antoine Arnault在巴黎舉辦BBQ烤肉派對慶祝，奧斯卡影帝傑瑞米艾倫斯(Jeremy Irons)也出席捧場。
Berluti這個百年皮鞋品牌於1895年由Alessandro Berluti成立，皮鞋獨特之處是使用名貴的Venezia皮革及全手工製成，一雙鞋要手工花費250個小時才能完成，經由第4代傳人Olga Berluti獨創的Patina漂染皮革技術處理，每雙皮鞋都可以做出獨一無二的明暗色調及深度。
Berluti男鞋一直深受世界各地皇室公爵、名人及社會精英人士的青睞，據說每雙皮鞋可穿十幾二十年以上，而且有不少顧客穿了十多年後，更會將皮鞋帶回Berluti專門店用Patina技術將皮鞋翻新再繼續穿。LVMH 集團1993年將Berluti納入旗下，現任設計師是Alessandro Sartori。
Berluti CEO同時也是LVMH集團太子爺 Antoine Arnault(左)與奧斯卡影帝傑瑞米艾倫斯一起出席BBQ派對。

韓劇版手PO獻給天命 平常很少追韓劇 這部戲主要是因為很喜歡宋智孝而看(大心) ------------心得開始(有雷喔)---------------- 第一集有驚豔到 一開始採倒敘法從崔元被追殺跳進懸崖開始 小琅實在太會演了看得我眼淚直掉 雖然前面智孝戲份不多還是覺得一個禮拜只有兩集太少了 劇情看似很不錯 很快崔元就被陷害然後開始拼命逃命 一開始不知道紅疫鬼是好是壞 只覺得他竟然吃嘔吐物也太噁了吧XDDD 沒想到逃亡後就是一直被追殺→抓住→差點被殺掉→逃跑→在追殺 重複以上巡迴= = 還有滿多我覺得不合理的地方 屏除義禁府太容易進出 連皇宮都任人來去自如 金致鏞帶殺手直闖世子寢殿 那個忘記叫甚麼名字的壞蛋還直接在宮裡擄走多仁跟小琅 另外有些角色實在是.... 世子無權又軟弱 就算成了主上仍然是別人跟他談條件 最不喜歡的角色是千峰 一點也沒表現出深谷志士的用處 就會一直開會開會 說世子要成為明君一定要自己有辦法解決 就連祈雨祭那天陶文刀子都拔出來了他還在旁邊看 實在不覺得真的動手他來的及救人 之後又三番兩次找麻煩 跟無名打架還要崔元去救他= = 一度有棄追的念頭 但因為智孝的美貌正達頂峰所以堅持住了XD 看完之後覺得還OK 中殿娘娘跟慶原大君可能礙於歷史關係沒講出如何處置(?) 是圓滿的結局只是幸福的橋段實在太少了 中間逃亡拿掉一些劇情緊湊點會更不錯 如果追的時候不是on檔應該會被選擇跳過一大段 最後.... 智孝大發!!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.132.180.163
