| 擄人之狼重出江湖 擄劫OL囚禁電擊當性奴

【張君豪／新北報導】九年前在大台北地區犯下多起隨機強盜竊盜的「擄人之狼」，竟假釋又犯重案！該名惡狼九年前犯案後，被判十年六個月，入獄後關不到六年，竟然在去年底假釋；他惡性不改，以電擊棒威嚇後性侵隔鄰的女子，並囚禁被害人當性奴，日前他遭逮捕後因有再犯之虞被羈押。婦女團體批評，惡性重大罪犯再犯情節會更惡劣，司法系統在審判這類案件中要考量到再犯的可能，以免有下一個被害人。
警方調查，惡狼季為成（三十二歲）在二○○四年和同夥在三個月內，犯下數十件強盜擄人案，他持刀隨機擄劫落單女子，撞倒後強拉上車意圖性侵，他還拍下被害人裸照，當時季嫌作案頻頻，新北警方投入龐大警力才將他逮捕，但他性侵部分因證據力不足未被定罪，其他強盜、竊盜、搶奪案件部份，被判刑合併執行十年六個月，並於二○○六年中入獄服刑。

| 今年首度新增「新聞研習營」登場 專業特色吸引學子

（軍聞社記者周昇煒臺北三日電）今年新增的全民國防教育暑期戰鬥營─「新聞研習營」今天在國防大學復興崗校區登場，吸引六十八位新聞小尖兵們熱情參與，透過三天兩夜的豐富新聞研習、實作課程，瞭解擔任從事新聞工作人員，進而學習廣播、報紙編輯及國軍採訪等專業能力。
國防部首次舉辦的「新聞研習營」，分別有六十八位來自國、高中及大學學生完成報到，第一位報到的女性學員是銘傳大學一升二的學生吳芷芯，她希望藉由新聞播報、正音訓練及採訪寫作等實務課程，培養自己的專業能力，期許未來成為一位新聞從業人員，一圓自己的夢想。
在上午的報到過程中，政戰學院的幹部及小隊輔們親切的為每位學員分組、編隊，並帶領學員領取迷彩服、Ｓ腰帶等各式裝備，隨後，進行著裝教學與內務示範，每位學員精神抖擻的換上迷彩服參與開訓典禮，迫不急待體驗「新聞研習營」中的軍校特色。
開訓典禮上，政治作戰學院政戰主任余熙明上校除了歡迎各位學員的參加外，希望學員們能在快樂和歡笑聲中學習，滿載而歸。 隨後播放政戰學院新聞系學生製播的短片─「我有一個夢」，內容介紹軍校生的求學歷程，包括軍校的教學課程、榮譽制度、社團活動及暑期訓練等項目，讓研習營的學員瞭解軍校生的生活作息及教育制度，間接向他們宣導國軍人才招募。
下午的實作課程中，分別安排「電視新聞播報」及「小小DJ體驗」活動，學生們除到虛擬攝影棚見到電視拍攝流程，也親自登場，擔任新聞主播，模擬播報新聞。
此外，學員們也前往新聞系「復興崗廣播電台」，資深播音員趙瑞弟老師首先利用正音課程指導學生發音，並讓每位學員親自體驗廣播新聞播報，聽著自己乾淨、沒有雜音的聲音，從耳機中回傳，讓每位學員直呼「這是我的聲音嗎」，笑聲不斷。
明、後兩天的新聞研習營，將安排學員前往國軍專業新聞單位參訪，包括軍事新聞通訊社、青年日報社及漢聲廣播電臺，希望以知識性的新聞專業課程，強化青年對國防事務的認知，留下一個難忘的新聞體驗回憶。

我是女生。 以為過了這麼久，自己應該已經不任性了，可是好像還是QQ 不知道算不算公主病，但就是很傲嬌、任性、需要人哄。 舉例吧。 例一： 我很愛開玩笑，講話很中性、大喇喇。 你白痴喔、北七膩、智障，這些都是口頭禪。 以下是昨天的對話： 「你智障喔～」 『欸妳講話都負面的欸！』 「喔，那你不要跟我講話阿。」其實心裡也不是這意思。 『妳要我叫你起床我就叫妳起床，妳要我陪你去上課我就陪你去上課， 結果妳對我講話都是你白痴喔你智障喔你變態嗎......』（聽到這裡真令人心酸） 「好啦，對不起啦......give me a chance~」 『不要！』 「.......」 『給妳兩次好了^_^』 例二： 忘了是他嗆我還是怎樣，讓我不爽。我就說：『那就讓我們互道晚安吧！』 他回：「喔好，晚安」（心想，你竟然真的給我這樣回） 『那掰掰囉。』 「嗯掰掰」居然都不哄我Q_Q （我就掛掉電話了) 後來看到line上面他打說：「我真的聽不懂 對不起嘛 妳不要生氣喔」 隔天他又說了這麼一段話...... 『妳都欺負我，我只不過聽不懂一句話，妳就說那晚安囉， 我就...喔晚安（裝可憐語調），妳就說那掰掰，我就...喔掰掰～然後妳就掛了......』 聽他形容成這樣，又讓我心酸了>_ ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.192.111.224 ※ prodigy1005:轉錄至看板 WomenTalk 07/04 03:45

| 貨櫃車頭翻落中山高邊坡 有驚無險

【李恩慈／台南報導】有驚無險！今天下午近六時，中山高南下321.6K處一部貨櫃車在外側車道翻覆，貨櫃車頭先衝破護欄，再衝下約一層樓高的邊坡，洪姓駕駛毫髮無傷，自行從車頭爬出，到場員警直呼：「有夠幸運！」
洪姓駕駛驚魂未定地描述，翻車前他開在外側車道，行經永康交流道附近，有部轎車疑為搶快，從中間車道直接閃入外側車道，他為了不撞上轎車，拉車頭往右側邊坡閃，沒想到煞車不及翻落邊坡、車身翻覆在外側車道。由於正值下班車潮，該起事故造成高速公路回堵近兩公里，肇事原因仍待國道警方調查釐清。
