餐廳名稱：Companio 手作。食事 地 址：高雄市新興區民生一路265號 電 話：07-282 8255 營業時間：TUE-SUN 09:00am~16:30pm 價位範圍(每人)：:$150~$300 低消$150 鄰近捷運站：信義國小站與中央公園站 皆步行10~15分鐘 ------------------------------------------------------------------ 圖文食記:http://ppt.cc/0FvK 心得： 這間位於新興區早午餐的食尚新選擇 Companio 手作。食事 得知此店後就在心裡打定主意要在試賣時就前往品嚐 用餐日的前兩天致電訂位得到的回答是訂位已經額滿 當下心裡就是決定店家九點開門就九點去在門口候位 位於新興圖書館附近隔一條街的Companio 手作。食事 附近停車格雖多，但假日的早晨還是需要繞個大圈尋覓。 踏入店家時已經有好幾組客人已就坐了，此時九點 店家會先詢問是否訂位，可以自由選擇喜歡的位子 這裡要提醒大家 ※強烈建議大家提前幾日訂位※ 因為不只是假日，連平常日也是一樣要訂位哦 店家因食材供應有限，所以一定會先保留給有預約的客人 用餐日那天陸陸續續好幾組客人進來詢問都是失落的離去 坐定後服務生會上前鋪上餐墊紙與餐具再送上柳橙香草水 餐墊採用紙張式的稍嫌不環保外與整體感覺也有些為出入 但是餐墊紙上描述了店家要傳達給客人的理念與食材來源 menu中的每道餐點都會做個極簡的介紹 Gwen點了主菜套餐有包含麵包餐與飲料 上餐嘍~~~ 首先麵包餐 ◇味噌蛤蠣洋蔥湯 X 蜂蜜雞蛋核桃吐司◇ 餐點一送上桌，咦 這應該是MUJI木製餐盤沒錯吧! 湯品部分使用蛤蠣提出湯的鮮甜，味噌份量不過多 不會蓋住整碗湯該有的鮮味，蛤蠣多汁飽滿份量足 加上超大塊有機豆腐和蔥花，這湯一點也不小氣啦 吐司部分切記要趁熱吃，吐司邊的酥脆搭配上中間部分的鬆軟 不僅是餐點送來時香氣十足，蜂蜜搭配核桃碎果仁吃來超唰嘴 旁邊柳橙紅蘿蔔泥可以塗抹上土司，異想不到的絕配清爽好吃 但應該附個小抹刀，不然使用叉子塗抹紅蘿蔔泥都跑進叉子縫 日式和風沙拉，生菜保有脆度撘配上些許豆子與堅果仁 溫泉蛋未全熟的口感吃起來綿密不會令人覺得乾澀難嚥 用餐中偶會無意的往吧台看去，卻看到店家是以無戴手套的情況下徒手抓菜 相信店家備料前一定會洗淨雙手，但像知名的潛艇堡員工抓菜時也戴上手套 或許店家有其考量在，但就給顧客的觀感與衛生上可能就會讓人有疑慮了吧 ◇香煎玉米飼養雞腿肉◇ 主菜部分份量偏少但是口感沒打折哦 雞肉部分軟嫩不乾柴，搭配醋醬好吃 也可以輕抹些許香草籽搭配著也好吃 醃漬小番茄也是讓人讚不絕口的好吃 當下超想跟店家多要個幾顆搭配雞肉 這天友人也是選擇主餐附麵包餐與飲料的搭配 ◇蛤蠣巧達濃湯 青醬拖鞋麵包 x 煎烤市場鮮魚 芒果莎莎◇ 魚貨是直接漁港採買，所以鮮魚吃來一定有其鮮度在的 煎烤的火侯也控制的洽當不會讓魚肉質呈現老柴不細緻 芒果莎莎裡還有添加碎洋蔥，兩者搭配吃提出魚的鮮甜 鮮魚部分也處理的很好沒有魚刺，讓食用者更方便食用 飲料部分選擇 ◇自家熬煮桑椹汁.桂花茶泡沫◇ 店家不會附上吸管就是要讓客人直接以口就杯去喝上層的泡沫 桑椹汁不會過於甜膩很適合做為餐後飲料而且整個也好消暑噢 杯墊部分使用【MoziDozen 木子到森】的磨石子杯墊 把木頭中間挖空來填入磨石子的設計 有拿起來稍微嗅了一下有淡淡的清香 木子到森的另一個設計杯墊- 吐司杯墊，自己也好喜歡 甜點 ◇手指餅乾.提拉米蘇佐焦糖果凍◇ [試賣期間 點主餐贈送] 木質小湯匙這想必也是來自MUJI 一開始單單舀起提拉米蘇品嚐很普通 但把手指餅乾分成小等份跟著提拉米蘇與焦糖果凍一起舀起 這時這樣子搭配著吃才對啦這才好吃 Companio 手作。食事 不僅僅只是在用餐環境下了重金打造 餐點的品質更是用心的讓顧客感受到 來到這裡真的會發現處處新鮮驚奇呀 店家每一個部份都會讓人細細品味著 椅子，吊燈，餐盤，杯墊，傘架.........等 真的要自己親自造訪去感受去品嚐去發覺去體驗就對了 才會真正知道這家店的用心與真正想傳達給客人的理念 用完餐離去前上了二樓稍微看了下 店家對於二樓的空間也是很用心耶 用餐顧客不算少就不拍照打擾用餐 化妝室位於二樓後面的空間，門一打開迎接的是熱浪 夏天使用上真的會讓人想速戰速決迅速回到室內天堂 Companio 手作。食事 不管是家庭 夫妻 情侶 朋友 姐妹 兄弟 甚至是只有自己一個人 真的都非常適合 整體下來值得給上一隻大拇哥，回食的機率也很大 值得再次造訪品嚐其它餐點 小小心得: 店家的門可能無油壓設計，所以造成顧客進出開關門碰撞聲 首當其衝的這樣可能就會影響一樓長桌顧客的用餐環境品質 如果是點主餐的客人，記得麵包餐食用畢後服務生要收走餐盤時別忘了自己留下叉子 因為主餐上桌時只會給予刀子沒有叉子，如果沒有留下叉子就要自己再向服務生索取 -----------------------(以下請勿刪除)----------------------------- 2-3.1 商家宣傳 禁：店家假徵求試吃活動、真宣傳要求寫食記 禁：店家假贈送，真要求上門的顧客再做其它消費行為 禁：因店家提供禮物或招待後回板上寫之食記、心得文 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.236.1.12

華爾街日報報導，三星電子證實，以色列機上盒公司Boxee已被該公司收購，交易金額約在3,000萬美元左右。

三星發言人於一封電子郵件上表示，併購Boxee使得三星擁有關鍵人才與資產，將有助於提升旗下各聯網裝置的使用者體驗。
