餐廳名稱：無骨雞腿排鐵板麵 消費時間：2013/07月 地址：新北市淡水區英專路水源街一段交叉口(comebuy前) 推薦菜色：雞腿排鐵板麵$80 -少少圖文網誌板- http://shu0203.pixnet.net/blog/post/142496000 每次如果在英專路附近吃飯 吃完飯就會跑去英專路尾巴的comebuy買飲料 每次去買飲料這家小攤子前面通常都會有2.3個人在等 讓我跟A先生真的很好奇 於是在今天颱風終於走的 無風無雨的晚上10點我跑去買了無骨雞腿排+麵 小小的攤子 旁邊是賣烤玉米 他有賣單點鐵板麵$40 雞腿排+麵$80 醬汁有經典原味/泰式酸辣/泰式椒麻 辣度有微辣/小辣/中辣/大辣 一走到攤子前 老闆就開口說 來 要什麼 我點了泰式椒麻 辣度沒選 然後鐵板麵的份量 老闆會帶手套先抓一把麵放到紙盒裡 確認份量後再放到鐵板上炒熱 雞腿排則是一直在鐵板上煎熱 麵好了之後就鏟到紙盒裡 放上表皮煎得脆脆的雞腿後 再把雞腿切塊 最後淋上醬汁 小攤子的好處就是直接可以看到老闆料理過程 所以如果有什麼需要 像是醬要多 醬要少 都可以直接跟老闆說 我去的時候只剩兩個 老闆雞腿賣完就要準備休息了 雞腿表皮很酥脆 雞肉很嫩 然後因為是無骨的吃起來就很方便 如果買給小孩子吃也可以很放心 醬料部份 也很不錯 有椒麻的香味的辣味 不過因為我平常不能吃太辣 所以吃的時候是一邊流鼻水一邊吃XD 然後很單純的就是只有雞腿跟鐵板麵 沒有其他配料 好像很多人都是點經典原味 所以下次我也想點點看原味 晚餐又多了一個新選擇 有興趣的人不妨可以去吃吃看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.179.190
