我有買一個點煙氣再測電壓的量錶
我有幾個疑問
1.我看大家在算安培時,都是說這顆電池總容量多少
要充多久,可是我想的是....假設11.6V算沒電 12.8算充飽
那如果今天測出來的電壓是12V也是要充到他們說的總容量計算的小時數嗎

我不是應該先看電池剩多少容量 再來想要充多少電嗎 ?

2.我汽車有顆電池是GOLBAL湯淺的電池
我看了一下 大家都說總安培多少
可是電池上為何還分5HR 20HR
型號:SMF NX100-S6S
電壓:12V
電容量:5HR(36AH) , 20HR(45AH)
請問如果我用1A的電流去充要充多久 ?? (請附公式給我)
(包含5HR 20HR的算法)

3.我不知道是不是我想的這樣(先看電池剩多少容量 再來想要充多少電)
如果我現在未啟動時的電壓只有12V
啟動時(踩油門) 12.9~13.1
而我現在要充電,用1A去充 我要充多久才會充到12.8V ?
平均一小時(1A)會提升多少電壓? (請附公式)

因為我看大家都說總容量要充多久,可是我又再想假設電池還有電,需要充這麼久嗎? 然後我怕電池會充爆...所以我想知道公式如何算(家裡充電機是舊型的無法知道充飽了沒)

【台灣醒報記者徐欽盛台北報導】蘇力颱風橫掃台灣，一度造成百萬用戶停電，在在考驗台灣電力系統的維護力。中研院地球科學研究員汪中和受訪時指出，由於台灣使用集中式電源管理，只要一個主線路發生停電，其他分支都會受影響，他建議，應設立社區型的替代能源系統分散風險。中央大學災害防治研究中心主任姚乃嘉另認為，電路管線地下化，就不怕強風的襲擊。

根據中央災害應變中心資料顯示，受到蘇力颱風影響，台灣各地曾一度有107萬用戶停電，經搶修後有19萬戶等待搶修，停電的區域大多集中在宜蘭、基市、新北、北市、桃園、新竹、苗栗、南投、彰化、雲林、嘉義等地。而2008年薔蜜颱風挾帶強風豪雨，也曾讓全台累計有逾百萬戶停電，當時停電地區主要分布在宜蘭及中部以北。

即使像蘇力這樣的風力與降雨，都對台灣供電系統的穩定性造成很大的挑戰，由於台灣一向採取集中式電源管理，對電力的安全存在著很大的威脅。汪中和強調，台灣有三個主要發電的迴路，只要一個主線路發生停電，其他所有分支系統都會發生影響，所以，他建議電力的調配一定要分散，未來建立小規模、分散式的電網是非常需要的。

汪中和也指出，像是太陽能、風力都是社區型、分散式電力來源是最好的選擇，他強調，這些替代的能源不但能降低主線路的電力負載，發生自然災害的時候，更可以減少損失的程度。

「電路管線地下化，本來就是個趨勢，」姚乃嘉指出，目前新進國家的都會地區，幾乎是看不到電線桿的，所以他極力主張電線一定要地下化，並沒有太大的問題。至於利用綠能，不管是風力、潮汐發電、太陽能等，都需要投入大量的經費，像是興建風車一個就要一億台幣，而像是太陽能也要天候好才能有效地使用，因此助益不大。
