【綜合報導】彰化1名5歲女童因父母分居，跟著父親生活，其父到南投一家人力派遣公司工作，請託老闆和同事照顧，未料女兒卻遭老闆和同事凌虐致死；南投檢方昨依最重可處無期徒刑的傷害致死罪嫌起訴，派遣公司老闆及其女友也一併被依傷害罪起訴。

檢警調查，因女童吵鬧，老闆莊立建處罰女童半蹲或舉安全帽、水桶等物品罰站、罰跪；公司員工見老闆如此罰女童，也經常跟著動手打女童，其中邱建斌最狠，還用藤條、掃帚柄打女童手或屁股。

今年2月6日晚上，邱建斌不滿女童亂敲門，憤而打女童巴掌，還一路推打致女童從2樓樓梯跌落1樓，頭部重創；隔天顱內出血陷入昏迷，公司才通知女童父母把女兒送醫，6天後女童傷重不治。

【劉煥彥／台北報導】上周台股在K線上已完成8060點以下的頭肩底型態，只要未來逢回能守住上周四大量長紅低檔的8080點，短線指數有機會挑戰5月22日高點8439點，未來拉回可留意強勢主流股。
 
大慶證券認為，從台股近4日盤勢主流來看，金融股量能持續升溫且成交比重均維持10%以上，國泰金（2882）、中信金（2891）等均為多方指標。在金融指數未爆量或開高走低前，仍將是盤勢維持多頭重要焦點。
 
傳產的中鋼（2002）、潤泰新（9945）、台塑4寶，與電子股的鴻海（2317）、聯發科（2454）等，則是近期外資低檔大幅回補的多方指標，加上先前輪動的高價股及本周具題材的生技股，短線盤勢仍可偏多看待，投資人可把握機會逢回換股操作。

目前我用的是iphone4 8g，現在只剩1g可用，打字都會lag，玩遊戲也會~
我想要找有可以用觸控筆的手機，不一定要手機就附觸控筆，只是不知道哪些手機是可以用觸控筆的。因為最近迷上用手機畫畫的遊戲，用手指畫都看不到線條~
因為我很愛玩遊戲，所以希望可以存多遊戲、拍照畫質也不錯的~
麻煩請各位推薦一下，因為我對手機沒什麼概念，雖然我是用iphone，但那些iso什麼碗哥的我都不知道是什麼意思
