實在好難！到底什麼時候可以開始往前衝，什麼時候該喊卡？對於性愛經驗還很菜的新手而言，如何把握節奏，讓女伴進入狀況，達到高潮，絕對算得上是一道高牆，許多男性都聽過所謂「九淺一深」說法，卻不知是否真有這一回事？醫師從醫學解釋，深深淺淺、時快時慢，確有助提升女性快感，還能避免變「快槍俠」。

男人私房話，在不少討論性愛技巧的網路18禁話題當中，不管是求救文還是炫耀文，總看得到引自古代房中術的這麼一句話：「九淺一深」，短短4個字，被不少男人奉為圭臬。

用白話文來解釋，不難理解，就是要男人別橫衝直衝，在性愛過程中，剛進入時應該比較淺，偶爾才較深，不要只會埋頭「蠻幹」，直來直往，只是一味的加速。

邊做愛，邊數節拍，真的有用！國內性學名醫、林口長庚泌尿科主治醫師陳煜解釋，「九淺一深」也好，「八淺二深」也好，都是在強調性愛的節奏，因為，如果每次插入都直抵陰道最深處，一開始，或許容易讓女性產生相對強烈的快感，但次數一多，同樣容易疲乏，隨後的動作就像隔靴搔癢，難以讓女性興奮。

不只深淺，速度也是重點，陳煜建議，男性最好懂點變花樣，深深淺淺、時快時慢，不但女方容易高潮迭起，對男性而言，也可以降低敏感度，避免因每次深入的刺激過大，早早就繳械。

事實上，「九淺一深」其實是門診治療早洩常用的行為治療之一，英文叫做「stop and start（中斷-開始）」，要求男性在有強烈射精感覺時，驟然停下，平均練習3個月至半年，就能擺脫每次進入後不到1分鐘即射精的困擾。

陳煜強調，類似性愛技巧，並非限制深入的次數，有人一開始或許連貫性不好，甚至口中喃喃自語「1、2、3、4…」默數計次，也有人重新勃起不易，但只要另一半願意配合，熟能生巧，掌握到訣竅，再配合龜頭擠壓法，在快射精時，以手指壓住龜頭，利用神經反射抵消射精快感，都可以延長性愛時間，不再是「快槍俠」。

最怕的是，花槍甩過頭，弄巧成拙，泌尿科門診臨床就曾發生，有人陰莖完全拔出後，還沒進入陰道，就往前猛力一頂，對不準的下場，啪擦！一聲，正在興奮充血頂點的陰莖，硬生生折斷。

陳煜說，陰莖勃起時，處於緊繃狀態，就像「麵粉被拉薄」，是陰莖白膜最薄、最脆弱的時刻，最怕有側面力量一撞擊，造成俗稱「陰莖骨折」的白膜破裂，需要手術縫補，類似案例，門診每個月都有1、2例，雖然術後8至9成可恢復原狀，但少部分人，陰莖會因此彎曲、變形，甚至縫補過後造成靜脈滲漏，勃起硬度變差。

【綜合報導】廣東廣州花都數以萬計居民，抗議當局擬在花都獅嶺鎮興建垃圾焚化爐，今天中午遊行到花都區政府大樓外集會示威。

當局派出大批警員戒備，雙方爆發衝突，有示威者在微博表示，警方一度以警棍追打示威者，多人受傷倒地，更傳有1人被毆斃。有人也稱花都政府已封鎖消息，當地媒體不敢發布示威或鎮壓消息。
