【王家俊／台北報導】今天出刊的《壹週刊》報導，由退輔會及民間共同投資創辦的欣欣百貨，因行政院力挺考試院長關中妻子張惠君續任總經理，引發主委曾金陵辭官，關中幕僚上午表示，張惠君非公務員、代表民股出任總經理，不適用於軍方退將身分的人事任用慣例，沒有屆齡退休的問題。他反控退輔會想要照顧軍中同袍，一舉派任董事長與總經理人選，才會到總統府、行政院與立法院放黑函逼退張惠君。

關中幕僚說，欣欣大眾百貨是退輔會與民間合營的公司，退輔會出資百分之四十幾，請問退輔會合營公司總經理，是否也有超過65歲？還是因為關太太經營的欣欣大眾賺錢最多，想安插特定退役將領、才會開始建立制度？曾金陵想照顧同袍、同梯，可以理解，但董事長已經是官方代表，總經理希望由民股擔任，請退輔會多了解張惠君的經營理念。
