【綜合報導】中國山東有民眾爆料指出，當地一間超市要求員工每天捉10隻以上蒼蠅，以保持環境衛生。有員工就透露，若自己在店內捉不到10隻蒼蠅，就要回家「補充」，否則會被老闆罰打掃。

不過該店負責人表示，只是鼓勵員工去捕捉蒼蠅，以保持店內衛生，但沒有規定數量，也未曾因此懲罰員工。

一輛前往南投合歡山、車內載有7人的廂型車輛，今(21)日上午10點多行經台14甲梅峰路段，失控墜落到70公尺的深山山谷。據了解，失事車輛來自基隆，係家族出遊，其中兩名兒童和一名50歲女子傷重送醫，但女子己不幸死亡。

台14甲線17公里處，上午發生車輛墜落山谷意外，警方和救難隊員隨即趕往現場，進行緊急搜救。

這輛載有7人的失事廂型車，上午10點多許行經合歡山台14甲線梅峰路段，因為不明原因，失控墜落至70公尺深山谷。不過，由於失事現場並無煞車痕跡，失事原因有待調查。

警消緊急前往救援，並將2名小孩和1名50歲女子送醫急救，不過，現在傳出女子已不治，其餘另有4名乘客輕傷。

在人口密集的大都市各種巨型廣告刊版或是電子屏幕廣告讓行人目不暇給，但是要如何讓自己的廣告脫穎而出，想必是一大挑戰？然而，日本一名職業公關人員靈機一動，便把廣告做到了「美女大腿」上備受好評，並因此成立一家廣告公司。

根據英國《每日郵報》報導，到底哪個地方才能夠有效吸引每個人的目光？在日本一些公司認為，美女的美腿可能是最好的選擇，於是在日本東京的大街上，你可能會看到這樣一幕，一對年輕女子在街上行走，她們都穿著短裙、長襪，走動之時，人們隱約看到她們的大腿上好像畫了什麼東西，仔細一看，原來是一隻泰迪熊，再多看一眼，原來是馬上要上映的電影廣告宣傳。

據悉，類似這種獨特的「美腿廣告」目前正在東京興起，廣告發明人英冠渥美為此成立了廣告公司。據稱，已有超過3000名年輕女性報名要當廣告模特兒。一名「美腿廣告」模特兒說，要想成為美腿廣告」模特兒，應聘者的年齡必須在18歲以上、容貌出眾，且在社交網站的粉絲或朋友數量超過20人。

此外，模特兒們每天需要在街上行走至少8小時，一天收入約65美元(約台幣1947員)，除了在街上行走8小時外，女孩們還需把大腿上貼的廣告照片上傳至社交網站來證明自己。

洪仲丘猝死案，洪家義務律師團邱顯智等3位律師，今天上午到專案小組了解軍方證人說法，邱表示，洪家對日前軍檢以關係人身分傳喚前542旅長沈威志不滿，認為沈負有最後決定權的責任，應該列為被告「將軍犯罪，與庶民同罪」，家屬要表達嚴重抗議。

邱顯智指出，洪家強調如果沈威志不列為被告，家屬將向沈提出鉅額賠償。

邱顯智和律師團劉繼蔚、李宣毅律師上午北部軍事院檢專案小組辦公室，3人抵達時，在大門前替洪家表達意見，邱顯智說，洪仲丘關禁閉前，到醫院體檢時身體質量指數 (BMI)達33，比正常值上限26高出許多，何況士官不能關禁閉，軍方明明違法，沈威志竟然簽章同意送禁閉，涉案程度和副旅長何江忠以職權妨害自由的程度一樣，應該列為被告。

劉繼蔚今天進入軍檢專案小組，了解檢方傳證人的經過，他說，光是看到洪仲丘死亡法醫鑑定報告，律師團就認為絕不是意外，一定要全力阻止這種令人難以接受的結果繼續發生。
