【綜合報導】洪仲丘案軍檢昨天表示，飲料是護士買的，沒有飲料賄賂事件，今天洪仲丘姊姊拿出錄音，錄音中是洪仲丘的堂哥，與542旅旅部連輔導長吳翼竹的問答，其中吳翼竹表示，知道飲料是士官長陳以人買的，目的是為了讓體檢結果趕快出來，最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生今天電話受訪說，「我們被她突襲了」。
 
根據「東森新聞」報導，曹金生電話受訪說，「我們被她突襲了，她這個新拿出來的東西，我們得進一步去查證，有沒有這回事，我們會去查證，吳翼竹有沒有這樣說，這個我們都未定數，尊重她的意見」。

機票和旅館是最先定的，因為奈良兩晚的住宿無法取消，所以只能硬著頭皮安排行程
大致如下：

D1：中午至關西空港，搭乘HARUKA到達京都，宿：Piece Hostel Kyoto
D2：京都一日，宿：Piece Hostel Kyoto
D3：京都，下午京都-嵐山，宿：花筏
D4：嵐山一日，傍晚嵐山-奈良，宿：奈良小町
D5：奈良一日，宿：奈良小町
D6：奈良-大阪 宿：Daiwa Roynet Hotel Osaka-Kitahama
D7：大阪一日，宿：Daiwa Roynet Hotel Osaka-Kitahama
D8：大阪-關西空港，返程。

時間上基本就是這樣，關於行程預計這樣安排：
D1：伏見稻荷大社
D2：清水寺，二年坂，三年坂，八坂神社，祗園，花見小路
D3：因為這一天要換旅館，京都玩大半天后去嵐山，所以還不知道應該怎麼樣安排最方便，還要考慮到攜帶行李的問題。。。

D4：嵐山一日，小火車，天龍寺，同樣，下午要帶著行李從嵐山到奈良，交通不知道怎麼安排。
D5：奈良一日常規行程，奈良公園，春日大社，東大寺，興福寺，依水園，奈良町等
D6：奈良-大阪
D7：大阪一日
D8：回程

目前比較頭疼的是遊覽的先後順序，比如第一日下午CI以後就先去稻荷神社呢，還是去奈良那日再去比較好，還有因為要去嵐山，金閣寺是從嵐山去比較方便呢，還是從京都去呢？

麻煩各位大大結合時間和交通及地理位置幫我check下行程，謝謝~

【綜合報導】美國阿爾巴尼地區一名男子里金斯(Lornezo Riggins)，在本周二前往當地一間麥當勞點外帶，他點了6個麥香堡、1個麥香雞以及一份薯條。里金斯拿到餐點回到車上後，發現職員只給了他6個漢堡，於是里金斯返回該店。

但里金斯認為，當時處理問題的麥當勞員工，其臉色相當臭，因此里金斯打電話報警「投訴」。而警方當時向里金斯回應，要求里金斯在原地等候，但隨後警員來到時卻將里金斯逮捕，理由是他濫用緊急求助熱線。

里金斯為自己辯護，認為所有事情都應報警解決，而警方不接納里金斯的理由，最後里金斯被罰在監獄度過一晚。
