餐廳名稱：拉麵武藏 - 虎嘯 (忠孝店) 地址：臺北市忠孝東路四段216巷11弄4號 電話：02-8771-9222 消費時間：2013年8月 事發經過： 久違的晚上同事聚餐，決定吃拉麵武藏，到現場等了半小時左右才輪到 想說好店值得等待，殊不知後面發生的事情讓我們傻眼 點餐時，因為同事A比較不習慣吃正統日式拉麵，所以麵體點了soft系 其他人麵體都選彈牙；同事A也向服務生詢問拉麵鹹度 服務生表示：「清爽系湯頭較適合台灣人口味，如果還是太鹹會提供熱水自行調整」 等了一段時間後，麵都上桌了，味道部分因為較主觀不評論。 只是同事A發現他的麵硬度跟其他人差不多，看了帳單才發現全部的麵都點成了軟麵。 又後來同事A還是覺得太鹹，向服務生索取熱水得到的答案居然是「現在沒有熱水喔」 先不說服務生有承諾會提供熱水這件事情，賣吃的沒有熱水也是有點扯 過了15分鐘再詢問一次還是得到沒有熱水這個答案，同事A也只好放棄了 結帳的時候有跟櫃台反映麵點錯跟承諾的熱水沒有的問題 櫃台表示因為服務生忘了煮所以沒有熱水；點錯單的問題會再提醒服務生 不知道為何這樣的回答讓我有種參加beta測試的感覺 ... 雖然說拉麵武藏不收服務費，但是以一碗要價300元的店，也是要有基本的用餐品質吧 這樣的經驗實在是不會想要讓人再光顧了。 -- "How many demons have you slain, stranger?"
