【施昂強／台北報導】護樹志工潘翰疆今天上午9時許，爬上農委會前的樹上，舉起「撲殺不是防疫，疫苗才是真理」的標語看板，抗議農委會放任地方濫捕流浪動物，除了濫殺無辜動物外，又會破壞防疫機制。

警方擔心潘翰疆摔落，不斷勸導他下樹，但是潘翰疆立場十分堅定，持續在樹上舉牌抗議。

　　到底是怎樣的遊戲，可以網羅到這群遊戲界中各領域的 S 級人才？由日本音樂製作公司 Creative Intelligence Arts 的由良浩明構思，發起了一個 JRPG 融合 RTS 的獨立遊戲開發案《Project Phoenix》，這項企畫案網羅了各領域的人才，未來會在網路募資平台 Kickstarter 上以十萬美金為目標展開募資。

　　《Project Phoenix》的團隊中集合了東西方頂尖的遊戲開發人員，美術風格設定是由開發過《Final Fantasy XII》與《Final Fantasy XIV》的新井清擔綱，音樂部分是由製作《Final Fantasy》系列配樂聞名的植松伸夫擔任。也有《劍魂 5》、《涼宮春日的消失》、《命運石之門 負荷領域的既視感》等遊戲動畫製作人員的加入。

　　歐美方面則有參與過《魔獸世界》、《星海爭霸 2》、《暗黑破壞神 3》、《Halo 4》、《L.A. Noire》的遊戲製作人加入。除了上述人員外，還有一些知名人士尚未對外發表，其中包含了一位曾負責「日本流行進而影響全世界的機器人動畫」的設計師。

　　遊戲內容主要是環繞在失去記憶的天使 Ruffles、憂鬱的聖騎士 Marcus Stern、想要探索森林外世界而離家出走的精靈公主 Sylrianah 與內心不斷自我衝突的戰鬥法師 Zarum the Lost 等四人身上。他們所身處的 Azuregard 世界正因誤會而引發大戰，他們將會去探索並且解決這些麻煩的問題。

　　目前遊戲只有公布幾張美術圖片，其餘資訊都在保密狀態，僅知道遊戲是融入 RTS 要素的 JRPG 遊戲，玩家可以與環境進行多重互動，並且體驗快節奏的動作戰鬥系統。《Project Phoenix》目標在 2015 年於 PC／MAC／Linux／iOS／Android 等平台上同步推出。
