標題[問題] xp 無法更新

如果沒有記錯微軟打算 2014 年開始停止更新 XP 最近我重新安裝作業系統，卻無法線上更新 如果我沒記錯的話，第一次線上更新會跳出 KB892130 和 KB898461 這兩個 如果順利安裝，接下來就沒有問題 但最近更新出現的全都是 正在檢查適用於您電腦的最新更新 無止盡的跑馬燈，想請問有人跟我一樣遇到類似的問題嗎 網路上的工具和微軟所提供的工具我都無效 想請版上高手指點一下小弟 中毒和木馬這兩點先排除 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.246.81.1

筆電代工大廠和碩公布第2季稅後淨利13.9億元、季減39.6%，營益率1.3%，較第1季2.2%減少0.9%，每股稅後盈餘為0.61元。和碩財務長林秋炭表示，雖然第3季筆電出貨量下滑，但隨著消費性產品提升，預期整體下半年營益率將逐季上揚。

和碩昨天公布第2季合併營收2122億元，季減2.5%、年減3.2%，毛利率則為4.5%，季減1%；上半年合併營收共4298億元、年增幅9.9%，毛利率為5 %，較去年同期成長0.7%，上半年稅後淨利為59.66億元，年增幅85.9%，EPS為1.62元。

林秋炭表示，第2季營收衰退，主要原因是第2季屬消費性電子產品的淡季，消費性電子產品出貨量季減27%，營收占比則下滑到27%，而筆電市場需求也持續不振；不過幸好第2季通訊相關產品出貨量持續成長，營收占比拉高到27%，產品出貨狀況比預期來得好。

我家別品牌的氣動刷頭是要把吸頭貼到地面，刷頭才可以轉動，因為它是藉由吸頭貼放在地面，放大它的吸力而帶動那個刷頭轉動，而非開機就自動會轉。不知你說的戴森是否也是利用這樣的架構，希望能幫到你。

針對日前「捍衛苗栗青年聯盟」提出申請，擬於8月16日舉辦「拆政府．守護苗栗音樂會」遭縣政府駁回一事，聯盟12日在立法院召開記者會，立委尤美女呼籲政政府盡速修訂集會遊行法。捍衛苗栗青年聯盟成員陳為廷也指出，縣政府對於申請音樂會駁回的理由自相矛盾，質疑縣政府惡意打壓，16日將照常上街。

尤美女說，當我們在讚嘆台灣民主進步，25萬人走上街頭抗議，卻能和平落幕，是因為中央政府核可人民上街，若是政府駁回人民的申請，人民上街就是違法，這完全鉗制人民的表意自由。從2008年野草莓學運即要求將《集遊法》的「許可制」改為「自願報備制」，並申請大法官釋憲至今已三年，卻毫無下文。

捍衛苗栗青年聯盟成員傅偉哲表示，《集遊法》是讓苗栗縣政府有機會打壓人民反抗的藉口，因為苗栗縣政府前的縣府路路權屬苗栗市公所，但公所卻回函表示18時到21時30分的晚會，會影響辦公或是附近補習班、圖書館學生的安寧，甚至會阻礙逛苗栗夜市的民眾。而縣府警察局又限制集會遊行時間，只能在下午14時到17時，縣府說法自打嘴巴。

陳為廷指出，自己過去在圖書館讀書，縣府也曾在自家廣場辦演唱會，用上等的音響，遠在400公尺外的圖書館什麼都聽不見，況且只借用縣府路六線道的其中兩線道，苗栗也還有其它道路可到夜市，怎麼會阻礙交通？

陳為廷表示，今天要不是政府欺人太甚，怎麼會讓人民走上街？他說，雖然縣府不許可，仍要照常舉行音樂會，甚至用客家話「我們不怕你」嗆縣政府，表達強烈決心。

另外，台灣農村陣線許博任也預告，「今天拆大埔，明天拆政府」的抗議活動，8月18日晚間將再上凱道。傅偉哲說，雖然是「拆政府」，但活動不會帶武器、危險工具上街，而是和平、理性的進行，要拆的不是政府建築的一磚一瓦，而是政府的不當體制。

有一名外掛玩家，掛在很多活人練功的地圖上，常常因為活人不滿他的行為，常常拖怪撞死他。

有一次，這名外掛玩家剛好人就在電腦前，他就直接上線，使用【密頻】罵了些【廢物】之類的不堪入目之詞。

由於我有使用實況程式，且也有觀眾在觀看，是否可以構成【公然侮辱】或是【毀謗罪】？

另外，他說使用讓他可以復活的技能，害他復活起來又死掉，造成經驗損失，構成【妨礙自由罪】及【干擾他人電磁紀錄】？

根本就是外掛才嚴重影響活人權益和干擾吧？

請幫解答，是否能提告【公然侮辱】或【毀謗罪】？

而他的【妨礙自由】及【干擾他人電磁紀錄】是否成立？
