越南堅江省（Kien Giang）當局日前提出富國島（Phu Quoc）整體發展規劃案，到2020年將升級為直轄行政經濟特區，成為國際旅遊區。

富國島位於堅江省，是越南最南端的島嶼，被視為越南的「新加坡寶島」。

越南「青年報」今天報導，西南部指導委員會與中央經濟委員會工作小組昨天視察富國島，並與地方當局開會討論規劃提案。

報導指出，富國島目前仍是省轄的島縣，面積近6萬公頃，未來將成為行政經濟特區，等同於其他省份和直轄市的行政單位。

根據規劃提案，富國島特區未來將可以享受人力來源、吸引投資、土地管理與使用、關稅、旅客出入境管理等特殊優惠政策，以利富國島機構運作模式，從而提出政策、解決困難、促進發展，例如針對進入富國島投資的國內外業者，相關單位將簡化手續審核批准，同時將採取稅額優惠政策。

當地官員表示，雖然政府之前已針對富國島頒布許多發展政策，由計劃投資部負責提出吸引投資的機制，但是實施過程遭遇困難，例如缺乏土地徵收合理補償，富國島目前仍是省轄的島縣，任何投資活動都必須經省級批准，形成障礙。

他說，因此必須建立特殊發展機制，才能解決上述困難。

中央工作小組官員高度評價當地規劃提案準備工作，並要求相關部門應集中進一步分析富國島的潛力與優勢，以利採取適合發展機制和政策。他強調，對富國島採取優惠政策與機制，雖然具有突破性，但也必須確保可行性。

他說，預計政治局10月間將繼續召開會議，進一步討論這項建案。

標題[玩樂] 彰化 八卦山大佛風景區~不只有大佛還有漂

玩樂地點 : 八卦山大佛風景區 心 得 : 網誌圖文版 http://clairegarden.pixnet.net/blog/post/184449998 挑水古道賞完了桐花大家開始盤算著要去甚麼景點 爸爸提議去看大佛 雖然我們小時候都有去過 不過年代久遠已不復記憶 一路上我們在討論著記憶中的大佛 其中對於大佛的顏色我和老妹都很信心滿滿的認為是金色呢 進入風景區要先收50元停車費 它的停車區是單行道感覺有卡住的危險呢 還沒看到大佛就先看到一個水舞區 隨著音樂水柱會有不同的高低起伏呢 回頭一看看到了許久不見的大佛 不過我們才發現什麼?大佛竟然是黑色的XD 倒是大佛底下的蓮花座是金色的呢 大佛前有兩個大石獅子 也很有氣勢呢 這裡有一個地圖 看了之後才發現其實這裡很有規劃呢 而且還有櫻花步道 又多了一個賞花景點呢 再往上走幾個台階 終於可以一睹大佛的真面目啦 左右兩側各有通道口可以讓人進去參觀 一樓是參拜的地方 其他樓層則是擺了釋迦摩尼故事的雕像呢 大佛旁的金爐可真的是很”金”呢 整個就是金光閃閃的啦 另外還有鐘樓跟鼓樓 可是不能隨意敲打的喔 沿途有一廊道下面是中式的大紅 上面則是白色的中式建築看起來反差挺大的呢 一整排路樹怎麼感覺好像是落下不久的楓葉樹啊 大佛後有大佛寺 有三層樓高感覺很雄偉呢 從這裡才發現大佛的背後竟然開了好幾個洞啊 繼續往大佛寺後面走去 看到了交錯的樓梯真的是超級繽紛的啦 後面有一個大水池 裡面超多錦魚的 這時候就是大人掏錢 小孩伸手餵魚的時刻啦 這邊的假山水 搭配後面的六合塔真得是很美呢 偶爾來這邊走走親近一下神明 感覺挺不錯的呢 話說這裡還是爸爸口中和媽媽從前的約會勝地呢 推薦指數***** -- 延伸閱讀 挑水古道 http://clairegarden.pixnet.net/blog/post/184448522 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.21.26.253 ※ clairegarden:轉錄至看板 Tai-travel 08/14 16:16

【綜合報導】江西南昌進賢縣一名60多歲男子章強，日前在一出租屋準備進行性交易，另一名年青力壯的嫖客楊軍突然現身，兩人大打出手，最後章強被楊軍用刀刺死。

當地警方表示，他們是在周日凌晨12點50左右，接獲市民報案指，在公路上發現一人倒卧路邊，才揭發這宗因性交易而觸發的兇殺案。死者章強，案發前正在當地一處出租屋，準備與一名名叫裘晴應召女郎進行交易。楊軍突然登門找裘晴，發現房裏有人，非常生氣，要章強走開。章、楊兩人因爭風吃醋發生口 角，並大打出手。

打完架後，兩人先後都離開了裘晴處。當晚11點左右，章強回來取摩托車，被楊軍發現後，立即拿出一把剪刀向章強胸部刺了兩下並迅速跑開，章強負傷往回家的方向走去，但還未走出100公尺就倒地，直到凌晨被人發現報警。警方隨後，將楊軍拘捕。

【張勵德／台北報導】第11號颱風尤特今晚8時已增強為強烈颱風，以時速22公里向西北西移動。中央氣象局預估，雖然尤特不會直接影響台灣陸地，不過受其外圍雲系影響，今明兩天花東及南部地區有局部短暫陣雨，提醒民眾留意天氣變化。

強颱尤特目前中心位置仍在鵝鑾鼻南南東方700多公里海面上，以時速22公里向西北西移動。另外，南沙島海面附近海面有一個熱帶性低氣壓生成，中心近似滯留，由於位置接近中南半島，氣象局研判，此熱帶性低氣壓未來發展成颱風機會有限，對台灣陸地天氣也不會造成影響。
