財團法人凱達格蘭學校今天上午在蘆竹鄉開南大學，舉辦今年青年領袖夏令營，台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲受邀演講前，被問及大陸行遇見林毅夫一事，柯文哲說，他是在大陸統戰部於人民大會堂舉辦的宴會上，碰到林毅夫，對林毅夫在大陸的成就，「我們給予鼓掌，林毅夫想回來，政府就要依法行事、通案處理」。

| 失業補助申請~加保日重疊

A,B公司是兩家不同公司,
由於我任職的A公司要倒閉, 所以拿到非自願性離職單,
但由於主管是B公司調來支援A公司的,
所以主管發了B公司的Offer給我, 要我 7/1去上班,
我有打去勞保局問, 14天內若工作不合,公司解散的單子一樣可以領失業補助.
所以我就到B公司上班了, 7/8 因不合申請自願離職.
Q:
問題是, A公司勞保到7/4日（預告期10天不用在去上班）, B公司 7/1~7/8有保勞保,
去就業服務處他說投保重疊, 不能申請!!
由於預告期10天不用上班導致重疊加保, 但A公司已經倒了,
找不到人請他在變更勞保日期,
是否有其他可以領失業補助的可能？？

【王覺一／台南報導】捷克少棒總教練菲利普(Filip Prochazka)夫婦今天到台南球場看中華職棒義大犀牛與統一獅比賽，看到將滿37歲的老將張泰山在5局下敲出1分打點安打，穩居聯盟打點王。35歲的菲利普笑說：「我也可以來台灣打球，明年有球隊願意邀請我春訓嗎？」
菲利普的正職是小學地理老師，目前放暑假，上個月帶隊來台參加IBAF世界盃少棒賽，新婚2個月的妻子在比賽結束後飛來台灣會合，兩人安排東南亞1個月的蜜月旅行，原本打算在台灣玩1個星期，但從花東一路玩到墾丁，前2天再上阿里山，台灣山海美景讓兩人捨不得走，足足玩了3個星期，預定下周一才前往下一站菲律賓

台南軍事監獄所有受刑人移至台灣各地監獄。屏東監獄10點20分移入29位受刑人，戶籍多為高屏地區，移監人犯中無將官級。
相關受刑人由檢察官進行人別訊問核對身份後，換發指揮執行書，從此和一般受刑人一樣，按照程序先分發至新收考核房「信舍」，經兩周至一個月考核，核通過即可分發至一般牢房，再根據刑度派去不同工廠。
