台北地檢署和廉政署聯手偵辦的桃園八德合宜住宅弊案，查出前桃園縣副縣長葉世文，涉嫌向遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄索賄；白手套蔡仁惠不僅全盤供出，還爆料葉世文涉及在林口A7案收賄，日前他已轉為汙點證人以100萬交保。葉世文已將向遠雄集團收賄的400萬元贓款，14日匯入到北檢指定帳戶。

台北地檢署和廉政署偵辦桃園八德合宜住宅弊案，追查發現包括葉世文、趙藤雄、蔡仁惠和遠雄集團副總魏春雄，通通涉入其中，日前遭裁定羈押在台北看守所。但深入追查發現，一行人不僅涉及桃園八德案，案中是白手套角色的蔡仁惠，更咬出葉世文在擔任營建署長任內，在林口A7案時也向趙藤雄索賄。

日前在桃園八德合宜住宅弊案，查出葉世文曾向遠雄索賄2600萬，其中前金1600萬已遭檢方查扣，葉世文也坦承收賄，但僅承認刑度較輕的「不違背職務受賄罪」。而白手套蔡仁惠因將案情托出，日前已經轉為汙點證人，他也在事後咬出葉世文在任職營建署長期間，也向趙藤雄索賄6百萬。

檢方7日再度提訊葉世文，對他動之以情，葉世文才坦承有收賄，但根據《蘋果日報》報導，葉世文僅承認收賄4百萬。檢察官當庭交給葉世文一個繳回賄款的帳號，該款向也在14日匯出。北檢將在15日下午再度提訊葉世文，除了釐清八德案收賄細節，也將追查林口A7案是否還有其他建商涉案。

目前蔡仁惠已轉為汙點證人交保候傳，葉世文也將索賄4百萬元繳回，僅剩趙藤雄尚未認罪。

【台灣醒報記者游清淵綜合報導】自第一次能源危機爆發以來，人們沒有像這次那麼認真思考綠能車輛。除了正夯的特斯拉（Tesla）純電動車，雙動力已不稀奇，最新的是氫燃料電池車。豐田發表後，韓國現代立即搶著說，2012巴黎車展發表的ix35燃料電池車，已於2013年在韓國蔚山工廠量產，就是硬要搶在豐田FCV之前。

早在2011年推出概念車的豐田FCV，當時就有合作商家表示預計2015上市，售價約在5至10萬美元。不過，比起最初預估恐高達百萬美元的售價已差很大。豐田最初測試車用的是高地人（Highlander）越野車款，而放在FCV的70 MPa高壓縮氫氣鋼桶，可讓該車航距達到700公里（435英哩）公里。豐田表示美國初期也只有在加州和紐約可以販售，充氣站則約有60座可投入服務。

《零汙染的競爭》

至於韓國現代，日前ix35氫能車在歐洲測試創下700公里紀錄，平均時速為76公里。現代所公布的規格為搭載100kW/300Nm（約136hp/30.6kgm）功率的電動馬達，搭配24kWh鋰離子電池模組，車上有5.64公斤液態氫燃料鋼桶。0至100公里時速12.5秒，極速為160公里。

其實氫燃料電池技術，豐田早在1996年開發第一台FCEV（Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle），並自2002年持續投注研發，在北美已有超過百萬英里的道路測試。豐田也表示2015年量產的FCV車系，在動力、燃料儲存技術方面的成本，比起2002年的原型車減少了95%，這是FCV能夠實際量產的重要因素。

正式推出的FCV估計比概念車的100Kw（約134匹馬力）更優。0到100公里時速10秒內完成沒有問題，續航力則可達到500公里左右。

《加氣站的建設》

針對加氣站部分，豐田表示，在FCV上市的美國加州部分，已投入超過2億美金興建全新的加「氫」站，2015年前達20座，2016年40座，到2024年會超過100座；每次氫燃料補滿時間約需5分鐘，和加油時間幾乎一樣，大幅提升了FCV車輛的便利性。

豐田6月底在東京的記者會上正式讓FCV量產版亮相，並宣告2015年第1季會在日本上市，建議售價為700萬日圓，同年夏季於歐洲與美國推出。

現代的際目標是在2015年賣出1000輛ix35氫汽車，並從丹麥、瑞典的量販模式出發。現代汽車集團副董事長楊哲雄（Woong Chul Yang）表示，這款車的第一代將生產1萬輛左右。他對於現代汽車能為地球供零汙汽車的商業化感到自豪。

據了解，這款ix35氫能車靜止到時速1百公里需時12.5秒，極速為160公里，航距可達588公里，充氣也僅需幾分鐘。現代也宣稱這是集團投入14年研發的成果，並在南韓、歐洲與美國有過320萬公里的實測經驗。
