可是我真的想玩火法....

【顏振凱／台北報導】港口部落青年會、台灣原住民族行動聯盟等原住民團體上午舉行記者會指出，位於京華城的夜店Pasoul Club ，7月與8月每周五舉行「瘋年祭」主題活動，該夜店在網路上的「瘋年祭」宣傳影片，卻充滿性暗示、影射原住民酗酒印象的內容，甚至還有把原住民頭目、牧師放在內褲上的畫面，「根本是對原住民戲謔、歧視」。青年會幹部張智堡表示，將串連原住民對該夜店提出公然侮辱之訴，並要求該夜店要公開道歉。

原民團體在記者會上播放這部宣傳影片內容，片中男女多著阿美族服飾，有兩女侍候男性畫面，還有著原住民服飾者拿尿壺灌酒情節，還出現原住民領袖跟內褲的合成影像，與會原團痛批：「把我們的部落領袖夾在內褲，這是你們的幽默嗎？」

青年會會長阿努怒批，第一次看到影片，內心非常憤怒，很多部落看到影片也很生氣，片中的衣服並非隨便就可以穿，影片非常愚蠢。張智堡也強調，片中的服裝其實只在祭典時才可穿，連他平常都不隨便穿，酒對原住民來說，如同漢人的香，是原住民跟祖靈溝通的媒介，片中的動作只是加深對原住民的歧視。夜店雖然昨天在臉書上致歉，也把影片移除，但多少人已看到影片，這也非個案，青年會要求該夜店要公開道歉。

馬耀谷木也說，被合成在內褲上的兩位原住民，一位是前頭目，另位牧師還是他的學弟，兩人在不知情狀況下，竟成為性的代表？東華大學教授施正鋒也批，此片自以為是好玩，卻是最惡意的消費！

中東反恐夥伴 美國難斷金援埃及

〔編譯魏國金／綜合外電報導〕在埃及軍方對示威群眾發動致命鎮壓後，美國部分國會議員呼籲總統歐巴馬凍結對埃及的援助，分析家認為，美國解除與開羅的援助關係，將使美國在經濟上與軍事上付出高昂代價，中止對埃及援助現階段似乎不可能。

美第二大外援國

路透指出，自一九七九年埃及與以色列簽署和平協定以來，埃及是繼以色列後，美國第二大外援國，美國國會研究處指出，自一九四八至二○一一年，美援埃及總金額達七百一十六億美元，近年則達每年十五．五億美元，其中十三億美元軍援，而這筆錢多用在採購美國軍火。智庫蘭德公司中東分析師馬提尼說，美國若切斷軍援，為埃及打造軍事硬體的洛克希德．馬汀與通用動力等美國國防包商將先蒙受損失。此外，由於美國讓埃及與以色列可預支援金向美國購買武器，該合約期限至二○一七年，若美國現在切斷軍援，埃及欠的三十五億美元「卡債」將由美國納稅人買單。

握軍經樞紐蘇伊士運河

紐約時報指出，埃及是美國重要反恐行動夥伴，當多數國家皆要求美方在軍機飛越領空前一週給予通知時，埃及卻在不管是對阿富汗戰地補給或中東、西南亞與東非執行反恐行動，對於美軍飛越其領空幾乎自動批准。同時，在非常時期，縱使油輪大排長龍等著通行蘇伊士運河，美國軍艦也可快速通過，若無埃及合作，美軍任務恐延宕。

【綜合報導】埃及全國進入緊急狀況，連日來政府軍在開羅的「清場﹞行動，已經造成至少638人死亡、逾4000人受傷，其中包括4名國際媒體派駐現場的記者。

英國《天空新聞》(Sky News)昨天(15日)公布了遭射殺的61歲攝影記者狄恩(Mick Deane)在開羅現場所拍攝的最後片段，這段長約30秒的影片中，可以看到開羅街頭完全成為戰場，民眾在軍方催淚瓦斯與槍枝攻擊下四處竄逃，隨處可見起火燃燒的汽車、房舍，與受傷及死亡的民眾。
