剛才爬文只有找到少許幾篇講到敷臉的順序 大部分都是化妝水/精華液/乳液的順序而已 爬完結論是先擦"杏仁酸再敷臉" 現在手邊有: Dr.H 10% 杏仁酸 ejg保濕冷敷劑 (不知道好不好用，夠不夠保濕) 現在有點不知道怎麼使用... 1.先像乳液般的擦完杏仁酸，等吸收後(3~5分鐘)直接上冷敷劑嗎? 2.像醫美診所一樣敷杏仁酸五分鐘再上冷敷劑? 3.擦完杏仁酸不用先洗掉可以直接敷對吧? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.80.116.187

今天做了馬芬蛋糕
材料：
全蛋217公克（四顆左右）、糖粉150公克、鹽3公克(我沒加因為我用有鹽奶油就想說算了(?)奶油150公克、牛奶40公克、低筋麵粉270公克、泡打粉8公克

作法：
1 全蛋放入攪拌缸中，加入一起過篩好的糖粉和鹽攪拌均勻。
2 將奶油以微溫的水隔水溶化後加入作法1中，拌勻至完全吸收後加入牛奶拌勻。
3 將低筋麵粉和泡打粉一起過篩後加入作法2中，以慢速攪拌成無乾粉狀的麵糊。
4 將作法3的麵糊裝入擠花袋中，再擠入馬芬紙模至八分滿，放入預熱好的烤箱以上火190℃、下火170℃(我家因為沒有分上下火所以我用180度烤的)烘烤約25分鐘後取出即可。

這是材料跟做法，可是我大概烤了45分鐘左右用筷子下去戳拿出來還是有點溼溼的
而且烤出來的馬芬表面很硬
請問有什麼改善方法?
還是是烤箱的問題?

另外想請問製作巧克力醬有什麼較好的比例?可以拿來擠花比較順利的
