我將A相簿裡的相片A'設為大頭貼 , 相片A'原本的按讚人數和留言就都消失了 . 回頭看A相簿裡的相片A'按讚人數和留言還在 . 但大頭貼專用相簿裡的相片A'卻彷彿是剛上傳的狀況 . 有些人卻不會碰到這樣的狀況 , 原相片多少人按讚和留言 , 改成大頭貼就維持原樣 . 這是怎麼一回事 ? 謝謝 ! -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.127.237.138

| 視障按摩e點通 勞工局首創

〔自由時報記者蘇金鳳／台中報導〕現代人工作壓力大，想要到視障按摩院按摩，卻不知道要到那裡找，勞工局首創「視障按摩電子地圖」，民眾只要上網，或者利用智慧型手機QR code就可連結搜尋視障按摩據點，便可查到住家附近的視障按摩院，讓自己隨時可「馬一下」。

開放明眼人按摩後，有些視障按摩業便受到影響。雖視障者的按摩技術好，而且每一個人都有丙級證照，但因礙於不懂行銷，光有一手好功夫，卻無法跟目前明眼人所開立的豪華按摩院相抗衡。勞工局除了改善視障按摩院的設備外，還想方設法要為視障按摩業打開行銷的通路。
鑑於網路及智慧型手機的發達，勞工局在六月份開始建置「視障按摩電子地圖」，經過多次試用，昨天完成建置，並正式使用，只要民眾上網或直接利用智慧型手機QR code連結搜尋「視障按摩」據點就可查到。
勞工局表示，面對明眼人按摩院激烈競爭，不少視障按摩業者受到影響，但公部門大力推薦，究竟會說服多少民眾很難估算，因此特為視障按摩業者建置地圖，讓民眾知道住家附近有多少視障按摩院。
其次，該網站還把按摩院內部的設備照片po上網，還有「心得分享區」讓網友進行評鑑，因此民眾可「眼見為憑」，在評估後再決定是否上門光顧。
勞工局長賴淑惠表示，台中市目前就業的視障者約有九百人，其中有近六成取得按摩技術士證照並從事按摩工作，已輔導了六十四家視障按摩院、三家視障按摩中心及十處按摩便利站，進行環境改善及設施設備更新，加上一手好功夫，跟明眼人按摩院不會有太大的差別。
民眾可透過勞工局網站、台中市視障按摩服務網（http://msg.taichung.gov.tw/）或直接利用智慧型手機QR code連結搜尋視障按摩據點，便可看到地圖。
