海關集體貪瀆延燒 檢調直指基隆關

財政部高雄關員涉嫌集體貪瀆案繼續延燒，連基隆報關業及進口商也傳涉入，高雄、基隆地檢署今(30)日南北同步，分赴業者辦公處所進行搜索、約談，偵查方向並直指基隆海關。

雄檢偵辦高雄關貪瀆案，從查扣的文件發現，有些進口業者也透過基隆地區的報關行涉嫌從事不法情事，疑有官員包庇，因管轄權不在高雄，由基隆地檢署接手偵辦，今天發動搜索行動。

據檢調指出，這波搜索行動由基隆地檢署主導，主要調查基隆方面的海關、報關業和進口商等業者，釐清涉案情形和程度。同時，雄檢則持續搜索高雄地區報關及進口業者。

檢調偵辦高雄海關關員涉嫌集體收賄放水的貪瀆弊案，自去年4月查出高雄關查緝關員涉嫌收賄後，讓申報的漁貨等產品能夠快速通關、逃漏稅或短報等不法情事，旋即擴大偵辦。

據了解，檢調偵辦高雄關驗貨課、機動隊集體收賄案，由於蒐證完整，辦案人員甚至將與海關內部人事組織圖畫出，因此，每一波行動後交叉比對查扣資料，即再發現另一票官商勾結弊端，貪瀆案因此愈滾愈大，繼續延燒。

高雄海關關員涉嫌集體貪瀆案，雄檢已分別於民國2013年8、11月，及2014年2月進行3波偵結行動，共起訴涉案海關關員、報關業和進口商等業者49人，其中包括27名公務員，40多人獲交保。
