沒真相？洪姐批馬總統該負最大責任

陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死軍中，事發至今已第23天，家屬仍盼不到真相，眼看軍檢似乎有意設立停損點，偵辦腳步也近收網，洪姐洪慈庸今天上午說出重話，認為「馬總統該負最大責任！」

她說，總統是三軍統帥，整個事情發展卻拖那麼久，「他說他管到底，但是這些部門真的有把總統的話聽進去？總統真的有關心、追蹤這些事情嗎？」「我們很存疑。」

好像1998年還是97年吧? 在台中球場 我記得是總冠軍賽 興農對味全 那天本來是跟同學約好ㄧ起逛ㄧ中街的 忘了什麼原因突然ㄧ行人相揪改去看棒球 總冠軍封王戰喔，現場隨買隨進場 你就知道那個黑暗年代票房有多爛了 比賽過程我忘了 只記得陳金茂打了支全壘打 因為我跟我同學四個人二個是虎迷 ㄧ個獅迷還有ㄧ個爪迷 所以其實我們是去湊熱鬧的 不是那麼Care輸贏 另外那個年代沒有加油棒是很正常的 都隨便拿個保特瓶來敲，為什麼? 內行的都知道為什麼...嘿嘿!! 還記得我們是坐右外野牛隊那邊 很早以前我們同學間大家都覺得支持興農很丟臉 因為他的前身俊國熊戰績非常爛 有多爛呢? 終於讓我虎迷擺拖萬年殿底被恥笑的臭名呀-.- 而且當時ㄧ起加入中職的二隻球隊 時報是有全暴力打線+帥哥廖敏雄 三商好歹也有個三劍客+康明衫可以看 俊國? 年輕的東哥當時還算東帝也不會抓鳥 再來對俊國的印象就是有ㄧ堆奇奇怪怪的韓國人了 好像有點離題了... 總之後來味全封王後不管你是輸的還贏的那方 不管爽還是不爽的 就是把手中的加油棒往球場ㄧ丟就對啦 然後你就看ㄧ堆人跳過台中球場那精美的大牆 衝到內野在那邊跟著跳呀跳地慶祝了 也有ㄧ堆人跑到ㄧ半又跑回來的 因為去撿鞋子的ㄧ堆XDD PS.而且當時拿著大旗跑到對方陣營嗆聲是常有的事 大家也不會覺得有什麼，也不會有人罵沒水準什麼的 只是掌旗的勇者要有鐵頭功就是了 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.15.191.137

我看一篇論文寫:比較好的做法是有兩組電池,當A電池組快沒電時,切換到備用充滿電的B電池組,切換完後利用增程發電機發電來充A電池組,因為小型三相發電機的電流不大,無法做鋰鐵電池大C數快速充電,及同時放電給控制器,這對鋰鐵電池組有點傷,所以我的想法是,兩組電池切換使用,電池使用壽命比較長

針對串聯電池組進行電量平衡，目前主要有以下幾種方法：
1. 在電池組的各單體電池上附加一個並聯均衡電路，以達到分流
的作用。在這種模式下，當某個電池首先達到滿充時，均衡裝
置能阻止其過充並將多餘的能量轉化成熱能，繼續對未充滿的
電池充電。該方法簡單，但會帶來能量的損耗，不適合快充系
統。
2. 在充電前對每個單體逐一通過同一負載放電至同一水準，然後
再進行恒流充電，以此保證各個單體之間較為準確的均衡狀
態。但對蓄電池組，由於個體間的物理差異，各單體深度放電
後難以達到完全一致的理想效果。即使放電後達到同一效果，
在充電過程中也會出現新的不均衡現象。
3. 定時、定序、單獨對蓄電池組中的單體蓄電池進行檢測及均勻
充電。在對蓄電池組進行充電時，能保證蓄電池組中的每一個
蓄電池不會發生過充電或過放電的情況，因而就保證了蓄電池
組中的每個蓄電池均處於正常的工作狀態。
4. 運用分時原理，通過開關元件的控制和切換，使額外的電流流
入電壓相對較低的電池中以達到均衡充電的目的。該方法效率
比較高，但控制比較複雜。

資深藝人劉燕燕　跌倒受傷再次入院

【吳國仲／台北報導】前晚服藥尋短的資深藝人劉燕燕，昨天晚間9點許因精神恍惚跌倒撞到頭，友人趕緊叫救護車將她送醫，治療後已無大礙，留院休養中。
 
黃姓友人表示，昨天晚間6時找劉燕燕出外散心，但疑似胃內殘留藥物，劉身體一直不舒服還腹瀉，說話也有點恍惚混亂，突然就跌倒撞到頭，雖沒明顯外傷，以防萬一還是將她送醫。
 
劉燕燕因要求著名角頭李盛淵讓兩人兒子認祖歸宗不成，前天憤而服藥尋短，所幸另一名資深藝人郭美珠收到劉燕燕自殺簡訊，趕緊報警將其送醫。

仲丘，一路好走

這是個令人難忘的清晨，從進入捷運站後陸陸續續地出現許多和我一樣的白衣人，尤其從西門站往小南門站這段出現的人最多。距離活動開始前，現場已被滿滿的人潮擠滿，看著自發性教召的退伍弟兄上演的行動劇，在這樣酷暑的天氣中操演當時被虐的幾項體能訓練，光是這樣近距離地觀察不禁叫人頭皮發麻，尤其在這樣的溫度下，想像著在軍中被不當的體罰，霎時，我覺得死亡好近，我們不是有免於恐懼的權利嗎？

蘋果日報-5200億熱錢 湧美股基金
美國聯準會（Federal Reserve，Fed）矢言戮力支撐美國經濟，投資人看好前景，上周不斷將資金投向美股，隨著美股S&P 500等指數再創新高，美股基金也跟著看漲。據英國《金融時報》（Financial Times）報導，光上周流入美股基金的資金就高達175億美元（約5200億元台幣），創5年來最多資金流入的1周。

經濟日報-15檔逆勢強 反彈急先鋒
台股過去二個交易日遭空方勢力襲擊，市場法人擔心之前的拉尾秀會變成逃命波。法人篩選出15檔強勢股，短期均線呈現黃金交叉，股價表現優於大盤，第3季獲利佳，再加上法人搶進，是支撐多頭信心的關鍵，有望帶領大盤衝出逃命波。

工商時報-14檔美國概念股 鍍金
19日台股重挫132點、跌破季線，但美股卻在柏南克於國會進行聽證演說，舒緩市場對QE退場的恐慌心理，加上美國經濟數據三喜臨門下，周四道瓊指數再創新高，美股延續大漲小回格局，連帶嘉惠國內包括南亞、台塑、長榮等14檔美概股走強，預期後市可望持續受惠美國經濟及美股表現。
