玻利維亞童工年齡降為10歲　聯合國憂心

10歲應該是無憂無慮的年紀，但在世界某些角落，10歲兒童也必須協助負擔家計。南美洲玻利維亞國會近日更通過法案，允許10歲兒童工作。
 
《美聯社》昨報導，玻利維亞國會在上周三（2日）通過，在不影響教育的前提下，允許10歲兒童可外出工作貼補家計。此外，該國也將合法工作年齡降為12歲，同樣也以不影響教育為前提。該法案近期將由總統簽署發布。
 
聯合國國際勞工組織（International Labor Organization）官員表示，此法案令人憂心，也有指標性意義。目前聯合國大會將合法工作年齡設定為14歲。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
