美河市案 郝龍斌：違法不寬貸

（中央社記者黃麗芸台北25日電）台北地檢署偵辦美河市案，前台北市捷運局處長高嘉濃及前課長王銘藏遭聲押；台北市郝龍斌今天說，若違法失職絕不寬貸。

北檢偵辦台北捷運新店機廠聯合開發案（美河市案），昨天展開搜索約談行動。檢察官今天凌晨複訊後，聲押前台北市捷運局處長高嘉濃、前課長王銘藏。另外，捷運局江姓承辦員、陳姓課長被檢方分別諭令新台幣10萬元交保。

郝龍斌今天進行健康檢查，空擋接受媒體聯訪時表示，針對檢調調查美河市案一事，雖然是在他上任前即已定案，但他要求台北市政府員工全力配合檢調調查。

另外，對於現在仍在任的員工，如果有任何違法失職處，北市府絕對嚴懲、絕不寬貸。

郝龍斌說，透過檢調調查，若真有問題，北市府絕對依法嚴辦；若調查後沒有問題，相信檢調也會還相關員工清白。

他表示，唯有經過調查，確認沒有問題，才能得到民眾的信心。1021225
