楊采妮昨（2日）與情牽20年的男友邱韶智在新加坡完婚，席開30桌，楊采妮穿著Romona Keveza露肩魚尾婚紗相當典雅，邱韶智被問到楊采妮哪裡吸引人？新郎邱韶智嘴甜反問記者說：「你有多少時間可以讓我講？」隨後表示：「認識采妮這20年來，她一直都是我的天使。」期間連親3次楊采妮的臉，甜蜜幸福。

楊采妮婚宴吸引超過20家媒體到場，飯店出動約15位保安，還拉起封鎖線。門外放了一塊布景板供賓客簽名，上面印有一張早前曾公開過的親密戲水照，更用英文寫上「Because You Have Touched Our Lives, With So Much Love and Care.（因為你們的關懷和愛護，感動了我們。）」新人在早上已先在飯店進行奉茶儀式，由伴娘許茹芸陪伴。

晚上6點，新人先在酒店2樓陽台拍攝婚紗照，約晚上8時15分，接受訪問，楊采妮一臉幸福說：「真的很開心，尤其見到很多以前的同學、朋友。」愛情長跑多年終步入禮堂，她笑說就是時間到了，一切都順其自然，談到何時生小孩？楊采妮也回：「老公同意順其自然。」婚後楊采妮會香港、新加坡兩邊跑。

之前有傳言楊采妮是倒貼嫁，但據報導親友食宿、機票費370萬台幣，以及婚宴與單身派對等200萬台幣支出，共570萬元台幣全由新郎埋單。昨晚除了好姐妹梁詠琪、許茹芸與李心潔、彭順夫婦，袁詠儀與港星王敏德等人出席婚宴，郭富城因工作未到場，楊采妮爸爸也因身體不適未出席，她哽咽：「我會回香港再安排向爸爸奉茶，而媽媽是台灣人，我還會去台灣請客。」

統計顯示，約有1%至4%美國兒童經診斷證實患睡眠呼吸中止症（Sleepapnea），但兒童睡眠障礙問題卻經常被忽視，有些兒童甚至從來不曾因為睡眠問題被家長帶去看醫師。

美國睡眠呼吸中止症協會（American Sleep Apnea Association）統計顯示，約有1%至4%美國兒童罹睡眠呼吸中止症，這是一種睡眠時呼吸停止的睡眠障礙。學者專家說，受到兒童肥胖症蔓延的影響，睡眠呼吸中止症如今逐漸變成值得密切注意的健康問題。

專家指出，睡眠呼吸中止症可能發生在任何年齡，在兒童當中則以3至7歲之間以及中學年齡較常出現。

奧蘭多尼慕爾兒童醫院兒童胸腔科及睡眠醫療部主任李文斯頓（Floyd Livingston）表示，當孩子處於身高正在迅速成長的階段，就是出現睡眠呼吸中止症風險最高的時候。

除扁桃腺肥大的原因外，肥胖症也常是兒童出現睡眠呼吸中止症的主要因素。「睡眠醫學評論」（Sleep Medicine Reviews）曾報導，肥胖症兒童當中，約60%患阻塞性睡眠呼吸中止症。

美國小兒科學會發言人馬卡斯（Carole Marcus）表示，如果兒童每晚睡覺都會打鼾，並且明顯看出呼吸頗為吃力，家長就要提高警覺。另外，有著睡眠呼吸中止症的孩童比較睡不安穩，晚上醒來多次，早晨容易頭疼，白天則容易疲憊想睡。

馬卡斯強調，家長必須認知如果孩童睡覺打鼾，可能代表健康狀況出現問題，必須帶孩子就診，確認是否扁桃腺肥大。

至於並非由扁桃腺造成的睡眠障礙，以及扁桃腺肥大卻不適合動手術的孩童，固定型持續正壓呼吸機（CPAP）有助於改善睡眠品質，肥胖症兒童若減輕體重，也可以大幅改善症狀。
